It'due to weekness. Change food habites add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins,vitamines, minirales,green vegitabales, salad,do arobic excersices, yoga,fast walking will help. Take dinner 2 hours before going to sleep. You take 1spoon salam pak in a cup of hot milk after breakfast end 1spoon after dinner for 1 month than consult me.

The cause of blackness of face are * Long time exposure of Sun rays * Improper diet * Excessive Use of cosmetic products Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

I am 22 years old, and I suffering from the severe cold, it causes chocking of nose either one or both sides of early morning., when I consulted the ENT, he said it's infection, you should use the medicine for a year. Hi lybrate-user If ypu have medicine for 30 days with no improvement it's surprising. Regular cold may be due to Allergies or due to decreased immunity repeated episodes of viral infection. *Steam inhalation  twice a day. *Have fruits 5 portions  every day  *A course of vitamin B complex and vitamin C to improve  immunity. *Avoid  allergic stimuli like dust, pollens. If you remain in AC room either ensure AC FILTER is cleaned every 2 weeks  or use a mask *Steroid nasal  sprays may be needed For a prolonged duration  Anti allergic  drugs may also be needed Investigation: CT PNS CBC, AEC, ESR, PPBS If you have done these tests you can share on Lybrate. I recently under gone ectopic pregnancy removal and my left fallopian tube was removed since it's was ruptured. Is there any way to prevent in future. Dear Lybrate user, eggs are produced by ovaries and transferred by fallopian tubes. keep a gap of 3months to recover your health. have healthy food and walk you will conceive soon as your other fallopian tube is healthy . although it reduces the chance.

Dear you have very decrease at least 25 kg weight and it is a very big task to achieve to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily and control your diet. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab tripala guggul with luke warm water for 1 month.

Mr. Lybrate-user there is no need to get panic about hair fall. Nowadays many treatment modalities are there for prevention of hair fall and hair thinning. Don't use to much of hair oil or coconut oil, though you can use it half an hour before the bath. You can use minoxidil 2% solution 2 times in a day for local application. Please consult the dermatologist before you start with any drug therapy.

I was taking fix advance tab for 3 to 4 months, know changed to hair fix tab from 3 months I am taking this and hair 4 you liquid. I am doing this from at least 7 to 8 months but I am not getting any specific result. As I consult my doctor he tells me it will take time continue it. I have a problem of hair loss and hair thinning. My question is are these medicines are good and till how much time I have to take this medicines, and I had stopped my medicines in between for 15 to 20 days my hair started falling rapidly then I started again please guide me on this issue. 1 year back I did crash dieting and lost around 25 kgs in 8 to 7 months after that my hair started falling rapidly and gaps can be seen in scalp that's why I consulted a dermatologist. Hi. Hair fall / whitening may be heredity reasons and fungal infection in scalp and hormones imbalances and stress and less minerals in body also. Avoid stress. Take minerals / vitamins/ protein rich meals. Control hormones. Avoid any cosmetic shampoo and hair oil. Use alovera shampoo and coconut hair oil. Use ketomac shampoo once a week regularly. It protects from fungal infections. May be use minerals drops twice a week in hair directly. Or take hormones therapy.

Hello, I am giving you Management of Diabetes that include Diet, physical exercise, and medications 1.Food if you have diabetes, you need to know how foods affect your blood sugar levels. It's not only the type of food you eat but also how much you eat and the combinations of food types you eat. Learn about carbohydrate counting and portion sizes. A key to many diabetes management plans is learning how to count carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the foods that often have the biggest impact on your blood sugar levels. Use measuring cups or a scale to ensure proper portion size and an accurate carbohydrate count. Make every meal well-balanced every meal to have a good mix of starches, fruits and vegetables, proteins, and fats. Some carbohydrates, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, are better for you than are others. These foods are low in carbohydrates and contain fiber that helps keep your blood sugar levels more stable. Coordinate your meals and medications. Too little food in proportion to your diabetes medications — especially insulin — may result in dangerously low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Too much food may cause your blood sugar level to climb too high (hyperglycemia). Avoid sugar-sweetened beverages. Sugar-sweetened beverages The exception is if you are experiencing a low blood sugar level. To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you are suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid.
