Hello bcoz of constipation your body heat is increasing& your getting pimples. Do some exercise daily at this age you should not have this kind of problems. How many times in a week you have constipation? wat medicines have you taken for this till now? by the time start medicine named nux vomica 200, 3-3 pills, 3 times a day daily for 1 month. Have plenty of water, salads, fruits. Start with some exercises. Only medicine will not help you you also need to take some efforts from your side. Reply after 1 month thanks.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Hair fall and hair thinning are two different problems. Causative reasons for hair fall are nutritional deficiency, stress, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid, acute illness like malaria, typhoid etc. It is important to understand the cause and even test the hair, before starting the treatment. Thinning of hair is hormone related genetic problem. It is progressive by nature. Hormone dht is involved in it. Diet forms the foundation of hair. Food rich in proteins, minerals and iron is good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. For further treatment consult trichologist.

I shaved down there and I have received red bumps after awhile a white dot pimple like formed around a hair growing and now there are four white dots around little hairs and they hurt a lot and some red dots I don't know if they are infected or not.

Hye, Thanks for the query. To stay fit and healthy you need to eat as per what your body needs. Try to avoid long gaps in between meals. Do not fast for long hours. This will help avoid binging in the next meal. If you want to adopt a healthy diet includes a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and lean protein including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats. Include foods you can find in your local grocery store  — rather than specialty non local foods. Local and seasonal foods always give us the right nutrients. Do consider your health risks if you have any when choosing foods. Stay away from calorie-laden, fatty and salty convenience and highly processed and junk foods.  Experiment with quick and healthy cooking techniques, such as baking, grilling and sauteing. Learn important food safety tips. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Sleep well and drink plenty of water.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

It seems that for one or the other reason you are accumulating stress and in that stress your behavior is less than what you expect. This could be due to some change which happened recently in your life or might be due to our modern life style which causes this stress. It could also be due to change in your life. And you might not know what direction your life might take turn if you have finished your study and either looking for a work or life partner or some profession course. Or it could be for any other such reason. When we are stressed it is natural for us to feel lonely, feel sad and down and at times feel irritated, frustrated and get angry. As we take time out to do so many thing in our daily life we also need to learn how to take care of our inner self. How to nurture and grow our true self. Following tips will help you rebuild new response when you are stressed. Chronic stress is a byproduct of our busy life style these days, which at times leads to feeling of burnout and depression. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Give her a dose of pneumovac- 23 vaccine to prevent another episode of pneumonia. The pneumcoccus is a normal inhabitant bacteria in our throat area but may cause disease when immunity is low. She had suffered once. So she had that susceptibility. Otherwise it is recommended for everyone above 65 years. Coming to her present symptom it is difficult to connect with her past affliction. Please get her checked by your family physician.
