Presuming it is acidity, regular Pantoprazole Capsule 40 mg in morning on empty stomach for 10-15 days may help. Avoid spicy or fried food. Timing should be regular. If no relief see a Physician.

Start morning with Agra petha or sweet chilled milk ,munnnaka draksha, or any sweet juicy fruit. And take avipattikar churan at night along with stresscom capsules of dabur company.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach. Consult doctor.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and do exercise regularly

Hi, please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - eat in small quantities frequently. - avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - drink plenty of water in between your intake. - keep away from mental stress and tensions, - perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - avoid excess intake of coffee or tea, intake of medicines on empty stomach. - be careful about the food while eating outside. - carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

I am59 years male, suffering from alcohol induced chronic pancreatitis since 2013. Pl suggest medicines to control pain in left side pancreatic tail (continuous, loose motion, stomach pain. Take sulphur 0/2 one dose daily for 3 days in morning. It will be relieved to some extent. But if you need full proper treatment. You need to show me reports and all. So that everything can be treated in proper manner.

Firstly, you avoid spicy n fried food items. Aonla fruit powder one tea spoonful be taken with cold milk. Saunf (used in masala) be get fried n chewed three- four times a day. Coconut water is also helpful in reducing hyperacidity.

Most common cause for gastritis is faulty food like spicy, oily, fried food. Taking food in irregular time. Work load or occupational stress. Take care about the same. Noise after food is common in gastritis patients.

No issues in eating fully boiled egg white. Decrease fried food intake. Exercise will reduce it burping problem.

Dear user. You have borderline high psa along with borderline free to total ratio. I understand that you are religiously following psa because of your family history. I would suggest that you see a urologist so that the investigations can be properly understood along with your clinical evaluation. Please do not hesitate to get a prostate biopsy if need be. Early detected prostate cancer have excellent prognosis. Thanks.

Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

Respected lybrate-user hi bleeding in haemorrhoid depends on constipation & straining at stool. Avoid hard stools so far as possible to get least bleeding avoid oily spicy nonveg stuffs thanks regards.

Yoga Poses To Get Rid Of Gas

Apanasana (knees pulled to chest)

Process
Lie flat on your back and relax your body. Place your hands on the knees and inhale. Pull the knees on the chest while exhaling. Rock the knees side to side for improved stretch. Inhale and exhale 5-10 times and then release the knees. Repeat thrice.


Setu bandha Sarvangasana (bridge pose)

Process

Lie on your back and bend knees. Place your arms down and flatten your feet on the floor. Incline your hips which will stretch your chest. You can press one hip and pause the pose for 5 breaths. Switch it to the other side. Place your hands below the body as you incline the back. You could also clasp the hands together and intertwine the fingers.

Paschimottanasana (seated dorward bend pose)


Process

Sit on the floor and stretch your legs in front. Keep your back straight and slowly hinge ahead to touch your feet. This will lift your hips and lower the torso. Pause for 5-10 breaths.

While your try to reach your feet, try to stretch as much as possible. If you do not reach your feet due to lower flexibility, you could keep practising it regularly for a healthier body.

Marjaryasana and bitilasana (cat and cow)

Process

Place your hand and knees on the floor so that your back is flat up. Inhale and make sure that your abs are engaged. Exhale by dropping your head. Round up the spine which gets you to the cat pose. While you inhale, arch the back and hold your head and hips up. This is the cow pose.

Repeat both the poses alternatively. While you inhale, you could be on the cow pose and while your exhale you should be the cat pose. Repeat 5-10 times.

Balasana (child's pose)

Process

Sit on your knees but spread the legs so that there is adequate gap in-between. Now lean forward and stretch arms in front. Make sure your back is straight and your forehead on the floor.

If you want the pose to be a little easier you keep a pillow to rest your head on it.

Staying in constant practice with exercise and yoga is one the best ways to maintain a healthier you. Our body is the only thing we live in and health is our first priority. Take some time out for regular yoga, so that the next time you eat a little extra you're not worried about the repercussions. Our body becomes more flexible with regular yoga and it also improves our mental health.

I am suffering from some bowel movement problems. Its very hard to go to bathroom. I am getting some pain during bowelmovement. And last two times I got some blood in my stool. And the stool was like very hard. Please suggest how to move on this issues. After bowelmovement the pain will last for more than 2 hrs. Is it the symptoms of PILES. Please help me to come out of this. Problems. Age 26 years.

Take high fibre diet, eat papaya daily and cucumber also. Take 3 teaspoon of lactifibre mixed in one glass of water during night time daily. Try it for one week, you will be ok.
