My face is always in a bad condition. I have small bumps like clogged pores all over my cheeks and forehead. And always have some breakouts around my mouth. I have tried several remedies, face wash etc and also taken medicines like antibiotics and isotretinoin capsules. But nothing really helps! So can you please give me any solution! PS- I have broken capillaries on my cheeks which make my skin look more worst.

For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and For headache take tablet paracetamol and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night

Mam /Sir meri age 22hai, 23 feb.ko avi shadi hui hai, Uske bad periods ki problem ho rhi hai. Period ka date 26 feb tha but 1 march ko aaya, aaj 9 april ho gya but periods nhi aaya. 2, 3 day se pet me drd v kvi 2hota hai aur aisa lgega period aa gya kvi 2lag rha bs aane hi wala hai but aata nhi. Kvi2 Jee michlane v lgta hai khana khane k bad lgega ulti ho jayega but hota nhi Sir bhari lgega. Koi bdi problems to nhi sir/mam plzzz uchit slah de. Bhut presan ho gye.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Increase your intake of water. This are signs of dehydration. You can also give him lemon juice, fruit juice or electrolyte powder. Avoid going out in afternoons.

Non hodgkin lymphoma has its own side effects as of medicine, chemo etc. Pl see that there's'dhatu kshay' in it. Dhatus - the seven elements are responsible for overall health. Deterioration leads to shukra kshay i. E. Loss of semen or say weakness of semen. Ayurveda has strong belief in this theory. You are advised to take our saptadhatu nourishment package similar to our sex enhancer package with ed and pe management. But we also advise to add additional suvarn and vajra (gold and diamond) preparations for such problems during chemo. It will help in lymphoma too. But treatment is very costly. Improvement is assured.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

My mom diagnosed with depression n she's here to meet my baby N Ihd cesarean, my baby is 6 month old, from childhood she's physically and mentally tortured me. N she also misbehaved with my father, Nt cooking food and use abusive language. After delivery, I also diagnosed with osteoporosis. I thought after seeing baby she'll fyn But there is no change, m observing from few days I ve sleepless night, poor diet, even Not taking meal from 3 days. N irritated with baby also. Is it affected me, coz m also feeling depression stage n feeling to commit suicide.

I think your mother needs psychological support/help. If she is having depression, then she needs to be on medication along with Counselling. She is not in a position to shoulder any responsibility like looking after the baby or cooking food. It is advisable to keep her away from the baby. Try to get some additional help for you, so that it will be helpful with your osteoporosis condition. With additional help at home, you will have some spare time for yourself which you can use to go for walk/gym or just take rest. This will reduce your stress. When you are relieved of your stress, you will not get irritated with your baby and will not have suicidal thoughts. Also take your husband's help to look after the baby. At the same time, if your were physically and mentally tortured by your mother in the childhood, you might be having some residual post traumatic stress, which needs to be dealt with. It will be very helpful if you, yourself also can talk to a Counsellor. It will help you to get rid of negative thoughts. Take care.
