Masturbation actually relaxes the mind and body so that is the reason you are able to concentrate after it. But it might not be advisable to do the act very frequently. There are many other good ways of improving concentration like simple physical exercises to meditation to yoga.

I find that for sometime now my sweat has become bit sticky and because of this I become very uncomfortable particularly in the humid season. Secondly, if I do not apply 'Abzorb" or candid dusting powder in my groins twice daily, itching starts. Is it due to some deficiency in the body because this started once I crossed age of 45 years 3-4 years back? Please suggest.

Sweat is a normal discharge of the body it has nothing to do with deficiencies. With age the metabolism of the body changes that is the only reason you feel that it has become sticky. And the itching you feel is because you sweat in your groin it cloggs pores and attracts dirt which causes itching. So just keep that area clean especialy during this weather.

do u have any stomach problem ?? do u pass stools normally?? becoz certain abdominal worms can present as rashes over body..\ also get ur absolute eosinophil count done ... or do u experience allergy only by contact of some allergens like washing powder or dust etc.. identify the allergen and get urself investigated .. take tablet montair lc once daily ..further treatment depends on the reports of investigations

My problem is when I think go to any place, before need...
Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Therefore, this fear will cause excess urination and the belief that you need to urinate. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: The former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the later, by exercises and proper diet. You need good sleep too. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case, fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Prayer is really powerful, if you are a spiritual person. Repeat some personally framed affirmations that are geared to calming you down and building confidence. Do a personality course too. Anything that develops you personally will be of great assistance in building resilience.

ok.you can take bencid 500mg once a day. tab. zyloric 100 mg once a day. cap. ecosprin gold-20 once at night. for 30 days. and tab. naprosyn 500 mg sos. Avoid bad habits .Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Hi vasanthi, always count your baby movements for 1 hr after having food if u find they are less than 3 , look for another hour if they are still less than 3 . Go for your obstetrician. Sleep on your left side.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Hi, you should consume 4/5 glass of water daily, it will keep your bowel. Moving, take a walk in the morning for an hr. Take spinach, pumpkin, apple regularly. Take 1 glass of milk at bed time. Ever had that moment where you wonder if you smell, well, not so great? It happens. But you can make body odor go away. Try these six tips. 1. Keep Yourself Squeaky Clean Shower at least once a day and you'll wash away sweat as well as reduce the number of bacteria on your skin. Sweat by itself is virtually odorless. But when microscopic bacteria that live naturally on your skin mix with sweat, they multiply quickly and raise quite a stink. So washing thoroughly, especially areas prone to sweating, can reduce body odor. If you sweat normally, you might have more of a problem with body odor than people who sweat too much. That's because, when people sweat excessively, the sweat tends to wash away the odor-causing bacteria. 2. Use Antibacterial Soap Choose an antibacterial bath soap. Washing thoroughly with an antibacterial soap bar will reduce the bacteria count, in turn reducing the odor. Look for the words "antibacterial" on the soap's packaging. 3. Towel Off Thoroughly Once you've showered, be sure you dry yourself completely. Towel off and make sure you dry any areas where you sweat a lot. If your skin is dry, it's harder for bacteria that cause body odor to breed on it. 4. Apply "Industrial Strength" Deodorants or Antiperspirants Once you are clean and dry, use a strong deodorant or antiperspirant on your underarms. While deodorants do not prevent sweating, they mask the smell of bacteria on your skin. Antiperspirants contain aluminum chloride, a chemical that reduces sweating, and often also contain a deodorant. Stronger deodorants and antiperspirants are available without a prescription. Look for products that say on the label they are higher strength due to ingredients. If you think you need even more help, you may want to ask your doctor about prescription antiperspirants. Apply the deodorant or antiperspirant twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. 5. Keep Your Wardrobe Squeaky Clean Change clothes often when you're sweating heavily. Fresh clothes help keep body odor down. Be sure to change your socks as well, especially if you tend to have foot odor. Use deodorant powders in your shoes, replace insoles frequently, and go barefoot if possible. 6. Cut Out or Cut Down "Offensive" Foods or Drinks What you eat affects your body odor. Foods that tend to make you sweat more, such as hot peppers or other spicy foods, might also contribute to body odor. And the aroma of foods such as onions or garlic can be carried in the sweat, making you smell bad. Drinks with caffeine or alcohol may also cause you to sweat more.

For controling diabetes do exercise 45 min. Walk daily and after that to have 1cup strong green tea with 1 marie biscuit. Add 1glass buttermilk in breakfast and avoid high sugar and high in carbohydrates foods.
