Avoid spicy food, junk food, your diet should be bland. Take Rekool D 1cap daily in empty stomach for at least 6 months, Change your life style, do regular regulated exercise.Come backto me after 2 months.

I am suffering with stomach and gas problem. I have consulted many doctors. But medicine works till the time I keep continue taking medicine. Follow bland diet for 2 weeks. Stop all kinds of outside food n junk food. Stop non veg and milk n milk products for few days. Drink a glass of warm water every morning empty stomach. Medication. Tablet ajmodadi 1-1-1 syrup triphala 2spoons at night dadimavaleh 2-2 take all the treatment for 3 months.

Yes it is safe but any insulin secreatagouge will lead to weight gain. So I preferred any sulfonylurea with a combination of metformin if it is fisible considering other comorbidities.

Sometimes I feel pain in my lower part of heel. Specially in morning when I wake up. But now I daily feel the pain in right side of the leg heel. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Sexual Performance: 3 Exercises That Help to Improve

Research proves that exercise is a great way to improve sexual function in both men and women. Whether one suffers from sexual problems like erectile dysfunction or may just want to improve their sex life, exercising the sex muscles is effective in both cases. A particular group of muscles function together and are involved directly in the process. Exercising these muscles will naturally increase the flow of blood to your penis and help improve sexual performance. 

Here are ways to exercise which prove to be effective in enhancing your sex life:
1. Exercising the core muscles
This type of exercise aims at strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. An easy way to locate these muscles is to stop the flow of urine midway or to hold one's bladder when one needs to pee. Keeping the muscles contracted for a period of ten seconds and relaxing them completes one cycle. This exercise helps improve erection and control your orgasm better by strengthening the core muscles.

2. Exercising the supporting muscles
The second exercise involves pushups. Without this exercise, the other muscles might become tired and one may not be able to achieve sexual fulfilment. This exercise tends to improve the strength of one's abs, lower back, shoulder, chest, arms, legs and buttocks. The muscles in the aforementioned body parts are the supporting sex muscles which work together to make the act more fulfilling. A set of 10 or 20 pushups, three times a day is recommended.

3. Exercising to enhance flow of blood to all body parts
Rebounding on a mini trampoline for at least 10 minutes a day can improve one's sexual performance to a great extent. It is important that one engages in the act carefully so as to avoid injury or accidents. This exercise is both fun and easy. It helps to increase the circulation of blood to all areas of the body and helps to strengthen the pelvic, abdominal muscles, hip and leg muscles. Test hb% might be low sweating is due to your asthsmatic medicines end summer. Do pranayam, walking will help you. If hb% comes low than take hematinic medicines.

take tab. flucold and syp. tusq-d for fry cough and cold. And You can take 2 tab. Charcol at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal. avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods, take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi, if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine. Do yoga/go for walk.

As per your description it seems that you might have intestinal obstruction. Also reports are suggestive of infection and anaemia.

I am 22 years old recently I have used skin related tablets for infection problem, after taking the tablets it was gone, it was up to week that I have stopped taking the tablets. Now i am getting slight pain like something is moving in my head, now it was stopped, but i am feeling dizziness.

There are no side effects for mastrubation. Do not see the clocks while doing sex. Just enjoy. There id study average indian male can ejucalate in within 9 minutes.

Yes indeed, Varicose veins can cause inflammation as well as pain in the legs. The venous incompetence causes increased hydrostatic pressure in the lower legs were swelling can occur. Pain will be of dragging type which increases with standing. The leakage of blood elements into the soft tissues causes fibrosis, inflammation, discolouration and ulceration.

If you have a fracture, in the acute phase, it should be immobilized in a forearm-based splint or cast for 3-4 weeks. Gentle active range of motion (rom) of the uninvolved digits, should be encouraged. A physiotherapist can instruct you to perform these exercises on a daily basis at home.

I am recommending you an following remedy which will surely help you mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one glass of walnuts, one glass of dried apricots, 1 glass of raisins (choose the type while not seeds), one glass of prunes and a pair of lemons with the skin still on them. Grind all ingredients, add one 1/2 glass of honey and stir everything. Take one table spoon of the combination three times each day one hour before meals until you end the entire portion. The treatment is 1-2 parts. Surely you will get results.

Dangers of Frozen food.

Frozen foods are convenient, often appetizing and a budget solution to eating out. But are you aware that frozen foods may pose a risk to your overall health? 

 

An increasing number of working adults who manage busy schedules and chores don't have much time left at the end of the day for cooking. Frozen meals are a saviour to these individuals and frozen parathas, fries, meats, pizzas and even frozen vegetables make up a large percentage of their diets.

 

Frozen meals are cleverly advertised, but examining the nutrition labels closely will reveal some chilling facts. The nutritional profile of healthy foods is questionable.

 

While there are some healthy brands that offer wholesome meal plans designed to help weight loss, most frozen meals contain high amounts of sodium and fat, while lacking sufficient high-fibre vegetables and fruit.

 

The ingredients used in frozen foods are not the same as those in freshly made meals. Many frozen foods also use partially hydrogenated palm oil that has hidden, harmful trans fats.

 

The sodium content is also one of the main factors that make frozen foods unhealthy. A lot of frozen meals contain between 700 to 1800 mg of sodium. The daily recommended maximum dosage of sodium is 2,300 mg. Frequent consumption of frozen foods can put people at risk of high blood pressure and other health conditions.

 

That's why it is essential to read the fine print. Carefully examine the nutrition labels of frozen foods before you toss them into your shopping cart. When choosing frozen meals, opt for those that have no more than 800 mg of sodium. Foods labelled as ‘reduced sodium' or ‘heart-healthy' are better options.

 

Avoid foods that contain creamy, fattening sauces such as cheese sauce. These foods are high in calories and saturated fat. To balance your meal, pair up your low-sodium frozen food with a salad and piece of fresh fruit. Not only will this help you feel fuller after a meal, it also makes you less prone to snacking, and will help you fulfil your nutritional requirements better.
