So I decided to remove all front teeth's and want to implant artificial teeth's. But the thing I need is the teeth's which I am going to implant is must stay for my life long. Means don't want remove when going to sleep as my grand father do. And must when I laughing the teeth's must fall on ground. Natural teeth cannot substitute artificial teeth whether its removable or implant. Kindly do not remove your natural teeth just because they are big. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (model study, full mouth & profile x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces. Requirements may depends on the age, complaint, duration of the treatment & affordability. Cost of cosmetic dentistry (braces) varies with dentist. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I am suffering with gas pain problem from the age of 13 years ,using many medicine s the problem is solved temporary after 3 months again started. Last 5 years the problem increase I.e I am not hungry when eating of food, no digestion, daily water is coming from the mouth. The pain occurs top of the stomach, between chest. So pleasesuggest me.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea, intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently. Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting or acid reflux.

My hair is falling when I consulted a doctor he diagnosed me for liver disorder and strtd treatment for that then there was a reduction in hair fall but again it started. I am having problem with dandruff used several medication and oil. But stil I am loosing hair. I am stressed not knowing the reason. During summer it has increased. Hw can I know the reason for this. How can I rule out whether it is a allergy or a symptom for any underlying disease.

Gums may be turning white due to deposits on teeth or maybe due to some infection. And that would be the cause of your bad breath. So visit a dentist nearby for a check up.

Skinlite, melalite. Melacare etc are for specific skin conditions, which should be used only on prescrepition of a dermatologist. Over the counter usage of these creams for longers periods will lead atrophy of skin. Solar purpura, stria, acne, hypertrichosis etc and more blue black pigmentation (onchronosis) on long term usage. So it is strictly contraindicated for daily usage as a skin lighetening cream.

You may be having hyperacidity.follow the advice given below 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9. if no relief,you may have to do upper GI endoscopy after consulting Gastro enterologist 10.Consult me for further advice

Shampoo has the function of cleaning the scalp. It will not control the hair fall. There are various reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid, diabetes, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, any stomach related issue are few of the reasons. It is important to check the scalp and test the hair. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, nuts, beans, soya are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables supports iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day.
