Hello,These are the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our Homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi Hair Oil (SBL) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with Montana herbal shampoo(SBL). 5. Take amla powder +Seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

हेयर कलर आज का हकीकत है. इसका इस्तेमाल भी धीरे-धीरे बढ़ता ही जा रहा है. कोई भी काम करने में सावधानी तो जरुरी है ही न. इसलिए हेयर कलर का इस्तेमाल करते हुए भी आपको सावधान रहने की जरूरत है. आज के समय में बालों को रंगना एक फैशन ट्रेंड बन गया है. लेकिन इसमें कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना आवश्यक है मसलन, बालों पर कलर कैसे करें, कौन सा रंग आप पर सूट करेगा, बाल रंगने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए, किन बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए, बाल रंगने के क्या फायदे-नुकसान होते हैं आदि. आज युवा अपने बालों पर एक्सपेरिमेंट करने से भी नहीं चूकते, लेकिन ऐसे में भी सावधानी रखना जरूरी है. जरा सी लापरवाही से आप अपने अच्छे बालों को नुकसान पहुंचा सकते हैं. इसलिए आइए हेयर कलर के नुकसान पर एक नजर डालते हैं.

1. बालों की समस्याएं बढ़ सकतीं हैं
हेयर कलर करवाने वालों को बाद में त्वचा संबंधी दिक्कतों सामना जैसे बालों की कोमलता जाने का डर, बाल जल्दी सफेद होना इत्यादि करना पड़ता है. हेयर कलर में मिला अधिक अमोनिया बालों के लिए नुकसानदायक हो सकता है.
2. रंग के चुनाव का रखें ध्यान
हेयर कलर कई तरह के हो सकते हैं जैसे बरगंडी, डार्क ब्राउन, रेड कलर, नेचुरल, गोल्ड, चॉकलेट चेरी ब्राउन रेड इत्यादि. आप अपनी पर्सनेलिटी के हिसाब से ही कलर का चयन करें.
3. हाथों की सुरक्षा का रखें ध्यान
यदि आप बालों को घर पर ही कलर कर रहे हैं तो ब्रश और हाथों में दस्तानों का प्रयोग करना आवश्यक है. इसके अलावा भी कुछ सावधानी जैसे कि आखों का खासतौर पर ध्यान रखें.
4. पहले डाई में रहें सावधान
डाई के किसी भी प्रकार के साइड इफेक्ट से बचने के लिए आपको पहली बार कलर किसी अनुभवी व्यक्ति या प्रोफेशनल व्यक्ति से ही करवाना चाहिए. ऐसा करना ज्यादा ठीक रहता है.
5. रंगने से पहले रखें ध्यान
इस बात का भी ध्यान रखें कि बालों को कलर करने से पहले उन्हें पहले धों के सुलझा कर सुखा लें और इसके बाद बालों को कंघी के एक सिरे से उठाते हुए बालों को कलर करें.
6. जरुरी है विशेषज्ञ की राय
बालों को यदि आप खुद से डाई करते है तो उसके बाद बालों में शैंपू और कंडीनर करना न भूलें. साथ ही हेयर स्पा और सीरम ट्रीटमेंट तो किसी अनुभवी व्यक्ति से ही करवाएं.
7. पढ़ें दिशानिर्देश
यदि आप पहली बार घर पर ही बालों को कलर कर रहे हैं तो बालों को डाई करने वाले पैकेट पर लिखे दिशा-निर्देशों को सावधानी से पढ़ें.
8. क्वालिटी रखता है मायने
आमतौर पर हेयर कलर बालों में चमक लाने, नया लुक पाने, सफेद बालों की परेशानी को दूर करने, बालों को पहले से बेहतर बनाने और बालों में जान डालने के लिए किया जाता है. ऐसे में जरूरी है कि हेयर कलर हमेशा अच्छी क्वालिटी का ही प्रयोग करें.
9. जल्दबाजी पड़ सकती है महँगी
यदि आप बालों की पर्मिंग या घुंघराले बालों को स्ट्रेट कराना चाहती हैं तो कलर करवाने के 15-20 दिनों के बाद ही ऐसा करवाएं. एक साथ दोनों काम करने पर बालों पर केमिकल का प्रेशर अधिक पड़ता है. इससे बाल खराब हो सकते हैं. यदि आप व्यस्त दिनचर्या वाली हैं तो आपको हलका हेयर कलर का ही इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए. ये आपके बालों को अधिक नुकसान से बचाएगा.
10. हो सकती है एलर्जी
बालों को कलर करवाने से पहले आपको एलर्जी का ध्यान रखना चाहिए, क्योंकि कई बार कुछ कलर या डाई बालों को नुकसान पहुंचा सकती है. ऐसे में यदि आपको अमोनियायुक्त डाई सूट न करें तो आप प्रोटीनयुक्त डाई का इस्तेमाल भी करती हैं. इसके लिए आप हेयर एक्सपर्ट या ब्यूटी पार्लर में जाकर परामर्श ले सकते हैं.

If complate tear of acl is diagnosis than operation is the only option in young age. If you avoid to operate this after some years you loose your knee due to damage of maniscus. I advise you do not delay this surgery.

I am a woman of about 51 years, having diabetes treatment regularly. Once a year, when the season changes from winter to summer in the months of March-April, I get pain in the back followed by acute pain in the lower back side, abdomen, corner of thighs and neck. With time, the pain increases and becomes so acute that I couldn't even move out of my bed without any help. For relief, I take painkillers and hot fomentation regularly but the pain eases a little bit and then again increases. I also get constipation with backache, say I go to pass stools after two days often. It usually happened to me during my young age also but that time, pain remains for two- three days only and after taking lot of bed rest and fomentation, I am relieved. But not the condition is becoming worse day by day. After my periods are stopped in the beginning of 2014, the pain is critical. I regularly take shelcal and calcijoint (once a week) along with diabetes tablet. Kindly guide me what precautions to take and which tablets to continue so that the worse situation doesn't come in the next changing season. Thanks in advance!

It seem like beginning of Rheumatoid arthritis. Take enough water daily and regular exercise which will improve your situation. More sweat by exercise will ease and reduce the workload of kidney. Kidney is not only meant for filter it has so many function which can be performed only when its workload is less. Rheumatism is a kind autoimmune disorder which mean our own antibodies will start to attack our own body cell. which can be happened during diabetes where more sugar are not oxidized will become lactic acid which will be stored in knee joints and lower part of leg and which make you feel more heavy when you start to walk once after sleep. apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.

For heel pain best home therapy is contrast bath is take ice cold water and Luke warm water put your foot in cold water for 5 mins followed by 10 mins in Luke warm do this for for 3 days if no relief than visit an experienced physiotherapist.

: Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Tab fe (if your fe level is reeduce) 3. Scalp massage with antioxidant oil 4. Regain lotion bd for long time.
