The yellowish you r talking is normal pigmentation of conjunctiva (a thin membrane covering eye ball). There is no way to get rid of this and its perfectly normal like our skin colour. Do not think about it.

You probably have congenital myopia. It may be possible that your refractive error may increase over the years. It is important gor you to get your refraction and fundus examination done every 6 monthly.

For type 2 dm I can sugest you following dietary instructions 1. Do not take simple sugars like sugar, glucose, sweet fruits, sweet beverages, simply anything which is frankly sweet 2. Take a mixed oil diet which should include arachis oil, rice bran oil, saflower oil etc 3. You can take complex carbohydrates 4. Protein content should be normal etc in brief, take small &frequent meals (4hrly), take less rice or replace it with wheat, stop taking sugar, take poly unsaturated fatty acid (pufa) containing oil, and along with moderate excercise and proper medications. Diabetes is chronic disease and it does not have a definitive cure till date. But with proper diet and routine medication and follow up many diabetics have been able to live a normal and healthy life. Thank you.

Masturbation is physiological it means it is a normal phenomenon it does not cause any problems it does not have any side effects it does not interfere with your general health it does not interfere with your sex life there is no need to stop it and there is no need to worry about this please do not believe non medical articles or rumours.

Don't purse or bite your lips. Avoid smoking, it'll increase flaking of your lips. Cut down on alcohol. Flavoured coloured lip balms can aggravate your situation. Menthol containing products vil increase the agitation. Silver coated sweets shud not be taken. Apply lip moisturiser twice daily, you can also use ghee, malai or vaseline. Protect your lips with sunscreen half an hour before stepping out. Severe cases, vil also need medications.

Yes it is very good Canola oil rich in antioxidant, mufa, pufa, omega 6 or 3, vit E, vit A etc it is benefit for weight loss, cholesterol problem, heart problem, diabeties, osteoarthritis etc Oil should be used in mixed form like canola oil in lunch prepration or soyabean oil in dinner prepration Or oil changed in every month.

Take sinarest one tab 2 times a day for 3 days. Take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 5 days. Take dolo 650 mg one sos for high fever, if more than 100 degree f. Do gargle, take steam, drink warm water. It will help you.

Dear Lybrate User, I think you are understating your problem. Fatty lever is an insignificant problem in this whole issue. As per your height and weight your BMI comes to 41.3 which comes in Obese Class 3. The major problem as I see it is the diet habits which have led you to this weight. You need to immediately change these habits to see weight loss. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. - Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. .Love yourself and respect your body.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods . Following is a list of weight gain foods. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we cause dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem. Masturbation is a healthy way of relieving sexual tension. It is normal, not harmful and it is not going to cause any marital problem. However it should be done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. Don’t feel guilty about it. It seems you have erectile dysfunction. The word depressed is a common everyday word.
