If you are having varicose veins 1. Do regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight, 2.Avoid tight cothing, 3.Avoid prolonged standing/sitting 3. Keep the leg elevated while sleeping, sitting 4.consult surgeon for further advice Treatment 1.Compression stocking If no relief 2.sclerotherapy, 3.Laser surgery or vein stripping. 4. Consult a good surgeon for treatment.

There is no spcl diet for height but you increase you weight healthy diet your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Hello, All oils mentioned by you are good, better not to stick on one oil use 2-3 oils for cooking and change oil after few months this reduces chances of oil to accumulate in coronary vessel I am giving you some quality of some common edible oils Groundnut oil This oil can be used in different forms of cooking such as frying, It is considered healthy owing to its high content of mono and polyunsaturated fats, which in turn help in lowering LDL "bad" cholesterol. Groundnut oil is also a good source of vitamin E. Sunflower oil This oil is considered healthy mainly due its polyunsaturated fat content. Due to its light flavour, . The presence of Omega-6 and vitamin E act as an antioxidant Mustard oil ideal for frying. It can be also be used as a stimulant to help digestion and circulation. Due to its antibacterial properties, this oil can help protect the skin. Olive oil Omega-3 give olive oil its anti-inflammatory properties. Dear, to get strong bones follow these simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. *take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day for 10 days. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

1. Take sulphur-0/1 pills (homoeo medicine), add 12 pills in one glass of water and rotate anti clockwise 12 times. Take 2tsp every half an hour. Repeat daily. 2. Berberis aquifolium q + echinacea q + azadirachta q---10 drops/thrice daily after food. 3. Silicea 6x tablets--take 4 tab/thrice daily/empty stomach.

I have a 4 year old son who has been suffering from pneumonia since last year he has also been treated at the hospital and the doctor gave him antibiotics after discharge. I always take him for regular check up and the doctor said that his condition has improved and that there's nothing I should worry about but he always gets recurrent cough and cold and sometimes fever. I'm worried I don't know what else should I do? most of the time he's always on medication. And the doctor said that repeated x ray more than twice a year is not recommended. What else should I do to find out the reason of his condition. Please advise.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or ,syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. .• Practice Yogasana like Chakrasana & Pawanmuktasana daily under the guidance of yoga expert. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4 , TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

Maybe you have polymorphous light eruption or solar urticarial. It's hard to tell without seeing it. What you can do is use a broad spectrum sunscreen with spf30, both indoors and outdoors. Use it before and after a swim. Make sure you apply it even when you r at home or in the car. After every three hours, it has to be reapplied.

Hi lybrate-user. The condition that you seem to have is known as traction alopecia. It happens because of frequently tying one's hair while pulling them back. The pressure leads to reduction in hairline from the frontal area. Along with hair fall, for dandruff also you need to consult some homoeopath in order to get rid of it. It can be a fungal infection of the scalp and may require medication. Meanwhile you can start vitamin e supplements (evion 400 mg) once daily with breakfast.

Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Be sure to lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the "Happy Birthday" song from beginning to end twice.
Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

It can be due to severe hyperacidity and I will suggest you to avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and take tablet pan-d before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary.

Left leg - knee to toe - some weird, creepy, crawling sensation is there through out the day for about a year. When I am about to sleep it is more so I tend to move my leg due to uneasiness. It affects the way I walk. I was asked to take a dopler test on both legs and a nerve conduction study. On seeing the result doctor say that the results are within the allowable limits and have given me multi-vitamin tablet. My problem still persists. Need some insight into this. I am not a diabetic, and my sugar levels are normal.

Hi. I believe you might have a restless leg syndrome. Restless legs syndrome (rls) is a neurological disorder characterized by throbbing, pulling, creeping, or other unpleasant sensations in the legs and an uncontrollable, and sometimes overwhelming, urge to move them. Symptoms occur primarily at night when a person is relaxing or at rest and can increase in severity during the night. Moving the legs relieves the discomfort. Often called paresthesias (abnormal sensations) or dysesthesias (unpleasant abnormal sensations), the sensations range in severity from uncomfortable to irritating to painful. Certain lifestyle changes and activities that may reduce mild to moderate symptoms include decreased use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco; supplements to correct deficiencies ; changing or maintaining a regular sleep pattern; a program of moderate exercise like walking for 30 mins; and massaging the legs, taking a hot bath, or using a heating pad or ice pack try all dis but strongly suggest you to check with neurologist to get proper diagnosis and he may prescribe some medicine.
