I have a back pain problem since last some few days as I am travelling daily 200km.
It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for its occurrence has to be determined. Most of the times, it's genetic that is it runs in the family. Hello, dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take arnica q and cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with b&t anti- dandruff shampoo. Home remedies are as follows:- coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week. Revert me after 1 month.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. Only your doctor can explain why he wanted you to not drink water from 9 am till 2 pm and there is no test to be done in such a way as per the protocol.

Hello lybrate-user causes for irregular periods stress stress, either emotional or physical, can delay your period. A new job, illness, depression, exam, fever, strenuous exercises or a weight gain or loss are some of the reasons that can increase your stress levels and affect your periods. Once you make some changes to alleviate your stress, you could become regular again. Improper eating habits improper eating can affect your hormones like estrogen and cause them to be very high (when you are overweight) or very low (in eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia). Improper production or levels of these hormones can interfere with your menstrual cycle and make them more sporadic and irregular. In this case, you may have delayed periods. Hormonal imbalance if you have hormonal imbalance which can affect your cycles. If you have recently stopped your birth control pill or are having thyroid trouble, you could have hormonal imbalance. Any problems with your hormone production centers like ovaries, adrenal or pituitary glands could also cause a delay in your period. Excessive exercise strenuous and over exercising can cause a dip in the total body fat, which can interfere with your hormonal levels, further affecting your periods. The body requires some amount of fat for ovulation and excessive exercises can hamper the equation drastically. However do not stop exercising completely, only do it moderately. Too much alcohol indulging in high amounts of alcohol can lead to increased estrogen and testosterone levels in the body, which plays havoc with the normal hormonal levels. Thyroid disorders thyroid disorders that lead to high or low hormonal production definitely can! you could either not ovulate at all or have a very weak ovulation cycle due to the disrupted levels of hormones, which can delay your periods or make them irregular. An infection bacterial infections, sexually transmitted diseases or pelvic inflammation can cause the uterus to become inflamed and result in bleeding. This could lead to a false alarm and make your body think that you are having your periods. However, if you notice pain, fever or vomiting along with bleeding, visit your doctor. Polycystic ovarian syndrome you may suffer from pcos or polycystic ovarian syndrome if your body produces excessive androgens or male hormones. Higher levels of androgens interfere with the normal function of the ovaries, leading to immature follicle formation. This does not allow you to ovulate normally and your cycles could be irregular or delayed. Try to rule out the above cause by primary health check up and investigations. Try to be in relaxed and positive attitude is very important. Rx m2 tone syrup 15 ml_0_15 ml dilution with equal amount warm water a/f chandraprabha vati 2_0_2 a/f with warm water danwantara vati 2_0_2 with warm water b/f for 3 weeks.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

I eats only two tym in the morning and in the night because I goes to office and my total work is computerised that's why no physical exercise. There is no need for medicines. Cut down on sugar and other sweet ad you have figt and igt or prediabetes. If overweight reduce weight by regular 45 ninutes brisk walkjng and reducing diet intake by 20%. Cut down on oil that is lessthan 500mlor mg per person.
