Hello lybrate user, the equipment's may not be responsible for your inability of reducing weight. 70% contribution of weight loss is due your diet and food habits and rest 30 % with exercise and rest. So please concentrate and improve your diet. To drop 1 kg of body fat= burn/ reduce 7500 calories. What do you think is the better option? burning 200 calories/ day through exercise or cutting 500 calories/ day from diet burning 200 calories/ day than through exercise=1 to 1 1/2 hrs at the gym on the treadmill/ on the rowing machine or cutting 500 calories a day from their diet= just cutting off a couple of sodas, or burger and pizza with cream cheese. So - eat a low calorie well balanced diet. - reduce consumption of fast foods, junk foods, fried foods -eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables -improve your protein intake by including pulses, dals, eggs, lean poultry etc -drink at least 3 liters of water -have adequate sleep of 7 hrs daily -along with cardio exercise include weight training exercise at least for 2 days in a week and 1 day rest. The following tips help one to avoid sleep disturbance: it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. A) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that is not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day.

hi lalasa, Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Prefer fruits and green vegetables.Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action.Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect.Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful.Low volume music also induces sleep.Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime.Don’t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee.Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine.tc.if problem still persists revert me back ill help you best.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. 1. Green Tea Contains Various Bioactive Compounds That Can Improve Health
It is loaded with polyphenols like flavonoids and catechins, which function as powerful antioxidants (1).

Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2.
