Get a mammography done if you have a fear of cancer. Otherwise feel for any lump or pain if that is not there, you should actually not worry.

Hi Priyanga There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .

Are Vitamin D capsules usable without Doctor's prescription? Do these capsules really bring glow to skin?

Are Vitamin D capsules usable without Doctor's prescription? Do these capsules really bring glow to skin?
Vitmain D capsules are not advisable if you are not suffering from Vitamin D deficiency. It won't bring glow to your face if you already have sufficient amount of vitamin D. To bring glow, eat items rich in Vitamin C

Dealing With Skin Pigmentation

Dealing With Skin Pigmentation

The human skin is a continuous organ within the human body and the largest organ altogether. The skin problems we often face are indicators of what's going on underneath rather than just stand-alone conditions by themselves. There are many types of skin pigmentation disorders. Let's have a quick look at them.

Types of Skin Disorders related to Skin Pigmentation:

Some of the common types of skin pigmentation disorders are melasma, age spots, liver spots and pigmentation after inflammation of the skin. Some of these are caused due to hormonal imbalances, over exposure to the sun, age or excessive melanin production due to underlying factors.

Prevention and Treatment of Skin Pigmentation and Related Disorders:

Skin pigmentation primarily occurs due to issues with your lifestyle or due to underlying changes in other parts of the body. It is also caused by over exposure to the sun. Thus there are some basic prevention tips and treatment methods which you can use to minimize your chances of skin pigmentation.

  1. Using Sunscreen: This is important in people of all skin complexions but especially important in people with lighter skin tones as excessive sun exposure can cause havoc with these skin tones. You should use a sunscreen of SPF rating 15 or above to protect yourself from skin pigmentation.
  2. Exfoliate Regularly but Gently: Excessive exfoliation can cause oily and rough skin, but gentle and regular exfoliation is important to reduce dead skin cells as well. Dead skin cells also contribute to skin pigmentation and thus removing them regularly is necessary.

Specialist treatments suggested by the dermatologist:

It is best to visit your dermatologist to ascertain what levels of treatments you may require in order to stop skin pigmentation or to fade an already existing mark. Basic prevention as well as treatment method, may include any of the following

  1. Creams and lotions
  2. Laser treatments
  3. Chemical peels
  4. Cryotherapy etc.

Melasma or pregnancy mask: This skin pigmentation disorder is caused by elevated hormones during pregnancy and goes away by itself after a few months of delivering the baby. During this time it is important to take care of your skin as you normally would and wait for the hormones to subside after childbirth.

There are many natural remedies out there as well with varying degrees of success in treating these problems. However, you must remember that pigmentation is usually just a symptom of something that is already underneath. Topical products can only fade or lessen it so much until the core issues are resolved from within.

I am undergoing a very bad depression. My sex desire is driving more and I could not resist. I'm 28 years and used to masturbate for more than 12 years now I reduced it because of weight loss small penis size premature ejaculation etc and I feel like I have been affected psychologically because whom ever I saw I started to imagine sexually that too the age of above 30 years female. I feel very hateful about myself and I dint know how to control everything to have a normal life, Now it's time for me to marry a girl I'm afraid too since I feel like it's like a cheat not being loyal with oneself. Pls suggest to overcome all these things.

Dear lybrate user, you are 28 and at this age you will have higher sexual desire. And if you are single, you will get attracted towards women. And to relieve yourself from an intense sexual urge, masturbation is a healthy option. So you need not feel guilty about it, do not hate yourself. You are not cheating anyone. This is very much normal at this age. You are normal. Masturbating will not reduce your penis size, but you need to be careful about your habit to masturbate. If you are doing it just because you have got used it, or under compulsion, or have got addicted to it, then it is harmful. Then, try to control your behaviour. Thinking sexually about every woman you see, will get you into trouble. This is happening because your sexual urge is not satisfied. I think you need to search for your life partner as early as possible, so that your sexual needs are satisfied and you will have many things to look forward to in life. Life will become more interesting for you. If you are still concerned about your penis size or if you think you are ejaculating prematuredly, then please get in touch with a counsellor/sexologist.

You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid alcohl if you take. avoid sweet foods, avoid stress.
