Teeth pain can be due to decay, gum infection or sensitivity. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. Decay can be removed n the cavity can be filled with cement with or without rct. Gum infection can be treated by doing scaling and polishing n maintaining the same through proper oral hygiene habits. For sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste twice daily.

Dear sir , I am 46 years male suffering from anxiety and depression since two three years , on psychiatric medication but no improvement , having main problem is tension headache and loss of appetite , a little tension gives me headache and this headache problem is since 15-20 years , when happy , no tension , no headache , when I busy with work no headache observed but when I remember headache starts , now a days due to anxiety I am suffering from loss of appetite can not eat even a single roti , dryness in mouth please help me to solve my problem , please suggest exercise , natural cure for my issue , taking medicines since two years but no improvement.

You are probably into an anger related depression and do need the help of a counselor to ideally work through your emotions in particular. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

You brush your teeth every day; exercise is equally important for your daily routine. Turn off the tv or computer, and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

To work your heart, it's got to be aerobic exercise. You've got lots of options: walking, jogging, biking, rowing machine, elliptical machine, swimming. But don't feel like you have to be an athlete. Walking is great exercise. Get 10 minutes here and there during the day. It all counts.

Start with something simple, like parking in the far corner of the parking lot -- so you get those extra steps to the door. Take the stairs one or two flights instead of the elevator.

If you take public transportation, get off one stop early and walk the rest. Get out at lunch to walk. Or walk with your significant other or your spouse after work. You'll get a bonus relaxation and stress reduction.

Whenever I eat something whether in morning or evening, day or night, after an hour or so my mouth starts smelling like rancid food. No one is able to talk with me. Please suggest some basic ways or medicines for the cure.

Kindly consult your dentist regarding bed breath, bed breath have so many reasons, 1) due to infected gums 2) due to tarter and calculus deposited on tooth surfaces 3) due to dry mouth syndrome 4) due to hyperacidity 5) due to food partical deposit on tooth surface 6) due to constipation or gi tract related problems advise to rinse throughly after every meal. Advise to use any antiseptic mouth wash for a while. If dry mouth is a problem then use to drink water frequently. Consult your dentist to do needful.

There are a few conditions like this with whitish and yellowish which occur right from birth or childhood. It could be flurosis which is because of the water having high fluoride level. If iit is a genetic condition in which case it will be seen right from birth or early childhood. Other members in your family might also have this. In these cases you can try some procedures to change your teeth color by going to a dentist. It will not go with brushing. If you have other problems like cavities or weak teeth because of this condition then some treatment can be done for that too. If this has occurred later in life and not from birth then it could just be very poor oral hygiene maintenance and a lot of food particles could become hard and white over a long period of time. This could give a white or yellow appearance. For this also you need to visit a dentist and clean your teeth.
