I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

You should consult for proper treatment... Taking random medicine will not cure it and if it is not treated well soon then it can be a permanent problem and difficult to cure... Still if you want then take Homoeopathic Medicine Nux Vomica 30 one dose.

I have internally pain in my shoulder for a long time. I want to your medical help.

I have internally pain in my shoulder for a long time. I want to your medical help.
Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. Consult a physiotherapist, who can show you how to do them properly. Best wishes.

I think you are suffering from osteo-arthritis. Which causes caries of bones. Synovial fluid dried. And inter articular joint space diminished that's why the tick sound. Cartilage also damaged. You need to take homoeopathic medicine. It's a chronic trtmnt you have to take it for 6 months-1 years atlst. In 2-3 months you will feel better than before. And continued the trtmnt. You will b able to walk normally.

I am 32 years old. I have back bone pain since 4 months. I did yogas and so many home remedies, but they do not work. What to do now?

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
