For majority of healthy individuals, without diabetes, normal blood sugar levels are as follows: FBS - 70 mg/dl to 99 mg/dl, PPBS- < 140 mg /dl, & HBA1C (4 to 8 weeks blood glucose average )-normal level is 4% to 5.6%.Your blood sugar are normal in all ways. So, you are not a patient of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. Your excessive thirst, heart heaviness, feel hunger may cause of anxiety & depression. I think your problems are psychological. Check your blood pressure. Take help of yoga, meditation regularly. Otherwise, consult with a Physician or neuropsychiatrist for proper diagnosis & treatment.

Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation can cause significant distress to a person. If your erectile dysfunction is persistent then I would advise you to get your serum testosterone and serum prolactin done to rule out any hormonal cause. If that comes back normal then most likely the cause of your problem is psychological. For erectile dysfunction medicines like Sildenafil and Tadalafil are used. These are PDE-5 inhibitor drugs and have great efficacy in improving erection. The drug can be used even on SOS basis (as and when required) about half to one hour before intercourse. For early discharge medicines like Dapoxetine are used. The drug helps to delay the ejaculation time and thus help to solve your problem. Dapoxetine is available in fixed combination form with Sildenafil also and the drug combination will help in your complaints. Please visit a psychiatrist for prescription of this drug and get your investigations done. Do not remain distressed as these problems will get improved with medicines easily.

You are getting indirect satisfaction from your friend. Your friend loved one person and failed. He revealed to you and get benefit from you. Then he feels. You also not needed. Then stop friendship to you. But you are unable to control of yourself. You wants to guide to him in all times. But it is not happen in all times. Friends are like that. When they need they come to you. After getting relief they leave to you. You also take it easy. Do not think too much about this aspects. You are getting much satisfaction when you listen and guide him. You feel supreme and your internal ego also satisfied. But the ego cannot tolerate when he leave to you. This is not good. He is not feel to you as a good friend. For that reason he leaves to you. So also think like that. Stop the indirect process of satisfaction. Internally you feel he wants to love to you. But he vexed this process and stopped with you also. You are getting very good experience based on that do not develop too much expectation from others. Take it easy. Better to concentration on your studies. Anyone comes to you and express their problems. Just listen and help to them. Do not think they are my all time friends. Better to change your thoughts process. Be friendly and be sociable. All the best.

6 Things to Remember For Safe Sex

6 Things to Remember For Safe Sex

Getting to be intimate with someone is a great feeling as you can get to enjoy and explore each other’s bodies, mind and spirit. However it is also important that you avoid getting infected by sexually transmitted diseases. Although you are probably aware of how to protect yourself in general circumstances, you could be mistakes in the heat of the moment and fail or forget to use adequate protection. Always be safe, never sorry.

The following tips will help you stay safe, each time you have sex and should never be forgotten:

  1. Single partner and regular testing: The safest way to have sex is have a single partner and to ensure that neither of you have any form of STI (sexually transmitted infections). If you have been with multiple partners before then get yourself tested for STIs and STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).
  2. Bring your own condom (BYOC): Never rely on the partner to have dams, condoms or lube. It is highly recommended that you have your own supply and the expiration dates should be checked before usage.
  3. Contraception: In addition to condoms, other forms of contraceptives like cervical caps and contraceptive pills must be utilized to prevent unwanted pregnancy. One should also consider using female condoms.
  4. Lubrication: Even though friction during sex can help in elevating pleasure levels, it also increases the risks of infection. In order to prevent friction, try to use a lubricants during sex. Oil-based lube should not be used on a latex condom as it may cause breaks within. Water and Silicon based lubricants are better options
  5. Set personal boundaries: Having personal rules and boundaries around safe sex can be helpful in setting a standard for behaviour. Writing down what one personally approves of and doesn’t is helpful in setting proper boundaries around the concept of safe-sex. In case of a history of sexual abuse, it is important to contact a therapist or somebody close and opening up to them so they can initiate the process of recovering from it.
  6. Drink responsibly: It is important to consider the limit of alcohol and the people one chooses to drink with. It is also necessary to understand the concept of consent. You should not be or allowed to be pressurized into having sex.

It is important to understand the importance of safe sex and being able to speak up about sex without feeling any shame. Furthermore, it is important to understand your responsibilities in initiating safe sex and it is okay to find it difficult in the beginning. We have cultural stigmatization around sex and it is okay to be uncomfortable in the beginning, but it is equally important to develop the confidence to talk about sexual practices and safe-sex without guilt, shame or the fear of judgement.
