1. Only non - surgical treatment is regular exercises. 2. Physiotherapy front and back strenghtening exercises is very important. 3. Neck exercises is also very important 4. Yoga type of exercises. 5. If obese - reduce weight. 6. Height, weight & waist hip ratio to be maintained. 6. Do not ride two wheelers 7. If you spend 45minutes everyday by doing all these things, then you will start flying 8. Avoid lifting heavy things doing work bending down for long hours.

Dear, To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below : •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP . • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food , fast food contain high sodium . • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking . • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP . • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily . • Do long walk daily for 10 minutes . • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily .Do not take too much stress . • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes .It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter , cheese ,ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits . Eat an apple daily .

Triglycerides are dependent upon calorie intake. So, if you can consume less sugars and calories and reduce weight through exercise, it will help you to reduce triglyceride levels. She can consume 1-2 eggs daily along with a balanced diet.

Hello, My mother is suffering from high blood pressure "Hypertension' normally ranges above 170. She don't takes salt as much which is of course bad for blood pressure patient. Even she takes her meals very limited and avoid junk food and sugar as well. Her weight is about 63 kg and height around 145 cms. She even takes medicine for BP. What should she do to control her BP. Of course you can and it’s easy to do so. Here in Canada I can walk into a farm supply shop and buy a vial of penicillin for animal use without any problem. All I have to do is sign for it!

Firstly Get your blood checked for HbA1c and follow up with reports and if it is more than 6 than follow few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
