Your cholesterol and triglyceride levels are high and you also want to lose weight. Orlistat is the medicine which is prescribed for weight loss. However in my experience it is not a very effective medicine. At best you will be able to lose around 5kg and that too will not be a sustained loss because you would regain weight once this medicine is stopped. Our body maintains its weight in a range bound fashion. It tries to keep the weight within a strict range. So whenever we lose weight, our body interprets it as a sign of weakness and tries to bring back the weight back to the same original as for the body it is the normal weight. For our body or appearance does not matter-appearance is a social parameter, not a physiological parameters. Job of our body is to maintain physiology not a social appearance. A sustained a loss of weight is only possible if you have a persistent and consistent weight loss so that the entire range of your weight decreases and your body respects it. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

HAIR Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of

Some times it happens due to weak agni (biofire). Increase fruit content in your diet specially pappaya. Have simple bland food (khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. For gas some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback.

Please I will suggest you to maintain your bowel so recurrent constipation and other related problems would be avoided avoid maida containing food like cakes biscuits khari toast, fast food avoid processed foods take salads and fruits more before lunch take home made fresh food sleep early and wake up early take 2 glass of water on empty stomach do some walk or do pawanmuktasan go to toilet, do regular exercise yoga and pranayam have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes take cap herbolax 10 2 at nt and take cap triphala by himalaya to regularise bowel and to maintain gastrointestinal system.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Physician for further management

But for diabetic patient is this advisable? As I am 47 year old k/c/o Rheumatoid arthritis and Diabetic, taking meantime tab half twice. And also please advice me as I want to reduce my weight and belly fatt, I am 5 feet 2 inches in height and 56-57 kg kilo. Also on RA treatment.

lybrate-user, Looking at your weight and height, your BMI is 22.98 kgs/M2, which absolutely fine. However, if belly fat is there, that can be reduced by aerobic exercise and abdominal exercise and also by swimming. There is no mention about blood glucose levels or HbA1c%, so I have no idea about how well is diabetes controlled. As regards treatment of RA affecting the diabetes, it depends on what drugs are being given. Thanks.

Don't worry, you are perfectly normal. Some people are more hygiene conscious than others. All of us have a habit of doing something in our daily routine and if we don't do that we start feeling low. Try to meditate every morning for 5 minutes to keep yourself calm and composed.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Pump may harm you, penis size can be increased only if you have hormone problem. Lose weight because 1-2 inches of penis is hidden under belly fat.
