Tea should not be taken immediately before or after meals as it inhibits calcium absorption. Hv it in evening having tea in morning can cause acidity. However you can hv green tea at anytime of d day.

strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if u r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. try to keep ur bowel clear. Avoid constipation. Never apply extra pressure while defecating stool. Try not to spend more than 3-5 minutes in toilet. Otherwise you will harm your piles and they might bleed. Have fresh buttermilk (chaach) at least once a day. Apply any herbal ointment over local affected area daily. Do Kegel Exercises . They help in good ejaculation . If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. Alcohol and smoking do harm to everyone at any age. When you smoke you damage your lungs: when you smoke more you damage your lungs more: and if you smoke less you damage your lungs no less – well may be a little less. Your desire to smoke less is most welcome but it is not enough. You must quit your smoking completely and you must do it now, seriously. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. But don’t fool yourself any smoking is harmful, and you need to seriously get on with quitting it completely and immediately.

Yes you try. Food should total fry, fatty & fast food free. No yolk of egg, no pastry, cake etc. No cold or processed drink including alcohol, smoking(if u consume) take garlic in meal.

Within 10-15 minutes of doing any type of activity that requires "energy" I end up sweating profusely and overheat. I will get headaches. It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of
