Sir Hello! . I am 25 years old women. actually, I am doing exercise and walking in the morning and drinking hot water of the same for loosing of weight, But in the office time I am taking paratha and any other snacks with tea. Parantha in office can be avoided. It is oily and does induce sleep, specially if sleep deprived or overworked, take light snacks like fruits, boiled eggs if you eat, some assorted nuts, roasted chana, salads and ors type liquids but no curds or chacch, eat moderately at office without staying hungry but do take a proper meal at home. Parantha does not help to lose weight, you can take more proteins like milk and supplements of proteins.

Hair fall can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress.

Use a salicylic acid face wash twice a day and don't pick the acne. Pay attention to your diet and include plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food and drink plenty of water. If acne persists, pls consult a dermatologist.

Hello, your pregnancy test is positive. If you don't ever want a baby, you can go for termination of pregnancy. But if you want a baby later, let the pregnancy continue as you are already 32 years old. Conception may be difficult with more chances of fetal malformations with increasing age of the lady. Decide with a positive mind.

Hi lybrate user for weight loose you have to follow some healthy tips eat small and frequent meal do not skip breakfast because long term fasting disturb the metabolize and this is also a main reason to weight gain do not take more sweets fried foods and fast foods and carbonated beverages like sodas, cold drinks etc cut down the carbohydrates in your diet. Take more plenty of liquids like plain water and clear soups don`t take more surgery juices instead of juices prefer whole fruits like apple, papaya, water melon, etc (not banana, and mango) include whole grains in your diet like bran, barley, oats ragi.

Apart from affecting your memory, health and looks, sleep deprivation can lead to decreased sex function as well. People who have trouble sleeping have a difficult time coping with their relationships as with almost all aspects of their lives. Similarly, in the modern world of continuous work pressure and fast paced lifestyle, stress generally takes away all the energy required to enjoy a fulfilling sex life.

The following are some of the ways chronic sleep disorders and stress may affect your sex life:

  1. Mood swings: Sleep disorders often lead to perpetual mood swings. It can make a person grumpy and quarrelsome. If you're sleep deprived, you may get very agitated even by minor stress. This can hurt interaction between you and your partner, leading to a disruptive relationship in the bedroom.
  2. Anxiety: Increased levels of anxiety and stress attributed to lack of sleep can lead to loss of sexual function and even sexual disorders at times. Lack of sleep generally decreases your experience of positive emotions, which may lead to pessimism and subsequently lack of sexual interest.
  3. Decreased social activity: Lack of sleep may decrease your likelihood of engaging in social interactions. People with sleep disorders usually avoid social engagements, as they believe it may disrupt their sleep patterns. They rearrange their sleeping patterns by avoiding social interactions, which leaves them with lesser opportunities to meet with people of the opposite sex, thereby affecting their sex lives.

So, what you should do?

  1. Focus on getting rid of other stressful issues from your life: Common tensions of your daily life and everyday issues like the normal household chores, and your duties and responsibilities towards your family often leave you too exhausted to spend time with your partner. Moreover, getting preoccupied with social commitments also minimises the time available for just the two of you.
  2. Go to sleep and wake up at roughly the same time everyday to tune your sleep cycle. Avoid waking up late into night as far as possible.
  3. Avoid afternoon sleep or take only a nap.
  4. Don't take heavy foods, big and late meals.
  5. Eat at least 2-3 hrs before sleep.
  6. Avoid coffee and tea in the night.
  7. Don't get glued to the tv, computer, or mobile till sleep time. Shut them down 30 mins. before retiring to bed.
  8. Read something calming, meditate, or listen to quiet music just before sleeping.
  9. Regular workouts helps you get good sleep.
  10. Avoid serious discussions, work or complex decisions 2-3 hrs before sleep. If any of them bother you much, jot them down on a paper. That will lighten your mind help you get better sleep.

If sexual problems and concerns make you sleepless, seek help from a sex counselor. If your sleep problems are due to work in shifts or night-only shifts, take the help of a specialist in sleep problems. This way you can overcome sexual problems arising out of sleep disturbances, and have an improved sex life.

Hello lybrate user, - if it is not relieving with relaxants better to take some investigation to see the involvement of bone or disc - looking at the report we can advice you better - for now to relive that pain you can use some medicated oils like sahacharadi taila apply to the back and take hot fomentation for 15 min daily, this makes you feel better. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Health and nutrition experts advise people to consume fresh fruit or vegetable juice for obesity. For further queries get back to me.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
