Hi, As you spend a lot of time in a sitting. The default position for many people is shoulders forward, hips flexed, back slightly bent, and hunched over. This Position leads to tightness, inflexibility, and poor posture. You need something to open your body back up, pull you into proper alignment, and help you stand up straight. It’s important to stretch out the overactive muscles in the chest and upper back, and stimulate the under-active ones in the mid-back and shoulders. You need flexibility exercises, conditioning exercuses and core muscle execise Here are some stretches and exercises to try at the end of the day, or while you’re at work. Like doing pecotrals stretch Trapezius stretch Hip Flexor stretch Spina stretch in Child pose #Remember to stand once an hour. #Get about 30 minutes of aeribic activity per day like walking Suggest you learn strecthes under guidance of physiotherapist Thanks take care.

You should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic nat mur 12x+kali phos 12x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days.

Generalised body pain could be due to different conditions grossly known as polyarthralgia. Is there a recent episode of fever. Do you feel stiffness of hand and feet early morning which usually improves as the day progress. Is there any swelling around wrist elbow or ankle. Answer to these simple questions can help making a diagnosis.

Goodevening lybrate-user kumar I have read your question. First of all back pain is very common nowdays. Due to sedentary life style and not doing proper exercises our back problems have increased. Very important point improper posture causes most of the back problems. I would advice you a few simple but very important exercises. > lie down on your back and then lift you hip up and hold for 10 seconds. You must bend your knees when you do that. > tilt your hip side ways right and left. > then in the lying down position you could raise one leg at a time and hold for 10 counts. >then get back to lie down on your stomach. These set of exercises are for spinal extension. You could raise one leg in the extended position and then bring it down. > then do a cat camel position so that you dip your spine downwards and upwards. >then stand against a wall and do squatting exercises that will compress your spine and then this will increase disc space. Kindly do all thses exercises morning and evening 5 times each. Apart from all this you take a hot water fermentation for your back atleast for 20 mins. Preacuations - do not suddenly bend down and lift any heavy object - you could lie down with a pillow under your knees. - do regular exercises and eat healthy diet. - make sure that your posture is straight and you do not stoop to fowrad or backward. - do not continuously sit in front of the computer for long hours. Please let me know how you are feeling after 20 days. You will see a difference.

Hello. This could be due to diabetic vasculopathy. Blood supply to your arm could be affected by the blood vessel occlusion. You must diagnose it earlier to prevent further worsening. There are ways to open the blockage. Feel free to take my consultation uf you need.

It might be due to sinusitis and at the time of the episode I will suggest you to take a flow of steam over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler

The way to start will be: - gentle anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol for 10 days - intensive physical therapy - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation please also tell me whether your joint pains are also associated with stiffness in joints especially when getting up in morning? can you tell me which joints are predominantly involved? if you do not improve in next 2-3 weeks, it is wise to get some blood tests done and send reports across to me: cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin d levels. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello sir. I am 19 years old. I am suffering from low back pain since two months it was started when my friend sat on my spine back suddenly and sat for 7 min after this I had severe pain in backside and my stomach pressed and became tight in lower abdomen unable to free it gradually my happenings: 1. At next day my total body is vibrates and unable to wake up feels so tired if eating wamthing sensation and sitting means severe acidity and sounds coming and no motion free. 2. For next 10 days seviour back pain unable to sleep if sleeping in comfortness feeling no sleep for 12 days and became so weak unable to eat, brush, walk, listen, write, speak, any thing felt un comfort daylong acidity water coming up if sit then becoming more pain in abdomen 3. next pain in hands seviour bones also if touching hands also pain it continued for 7 days next pain in upper thighs like tied with rope feeling in thighs and weighted feeling unable walk one feet also 4. Legs pain and if moving in sleep in body parts fracture like feeling and penis unable to control it is unable to lift if penis enlarging pain in it and surroundings 5. At present I am unable to whether there is connection between penis and my body stomach pain and back pain is not going day by day increasing pain but not curing where should I consult I already had-- scan in abdomen. X-ray in spine, blood test but all are normal then what is problem give me the solution Dr. Please.

Whenever I wash or squeeze clothes, my hands finger's middle joint gets swelled and pain. Another thing sometimes gets swelling on wrist and elbow portion. It also pains too much. Can you clear me as Dr. Said it is rheumatism. But symptoms are bit different. Any time any joint starts paining. Unable to get treatment, as allopathy medicine does are high with steroids.

• : Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying • Quadriceps strengthening exercises- • Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user Your heel pain is definitely because of your low vitamin d levels you need to take vitamin d supplementation Vit d (cap Lumia) 60,000 IU for three days then once a week for 3 months Also you are diabetic and need to start diabetes medication you should meet an endocrinologist and also get your HBA1C levels checked.

Vertigo is very common these days in any age group due to excess of noise exposure and damage to inner ear, humming sound, whistling and giddiness are the problems which are getting in people are very common these days, these get complicated when they are not taken care of at proper time whistling or buzzing in the ear is getting commoner these days in people of all ages. Most common causes is wax or any object in the ear, after getting your ears clean these gets over. But if ears are already clean than this is worrisome. Common causes which are responsible are high cholesterol diet, alcohol, smoking, loud noises, cervical spondylosis, trauma (self or inflicted) over the ears. If this is the situation than report to your ent doctor immediately tinnitus is basically due to hampered blood supply to ears due to which ears start dying. As this process starts a person starts hearing noises. When a person starts hearing noises then it is already late diagnosis as these noises gets heard by someone when they are of 40 db intensity, below that threshold these noises are not heard. So it is already to late and the damage has become permanent. Problem with these noises are that we can control at what level person goes to his specialist otherwise these noises keep on increasing and can give you headache frustration and depression. Get ct scan also done.

Foot pain could be because of low vitamin d or high uric acid levels, so get both tests done fasting and revert back with reports.
