Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Asteris rubens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

It is due to bite of aedes aegypti mosquito.you have to take precaution against mosquito bite like use of mosquito net,repellent,spraying of insecticides in the surrounding,wearing full sleeve shirts,discarding empty containers for water collections and promoting mosquito breeding

Cracking feet need a lot of attention and care. It has to be soaked twice daily in normal water with salt and dried. Apply foot moisturiser thrice daily over it. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on feet. Before bath, oil feet with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free cleanser or a dermatologically tested medical soap. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds.

I have problem of heat n dehydration. I am 25 years old. 5'7" 65 kg. And I sweat a lot it makes uncomfortable specially in public places. specially while eating hot meal. Also after coming from outside. What should be the reason? And also my digestive system is not so good.

Hi you are 25 yrs old, young, energetic and either studying or working. Your weight is also fine. Your complaint is excessive sweating for which the most common reason is hot weather. So for that you just have to keep yourself hydrated with lots of water every half an hour & chilled lime juice or orange juice or chaas or lassi at least twice a day. Another reason for having an excessive heat feeling inside body is eating food that is not suitable for your body. Excessive spicy food, veg or non-vegetarian can disturb your digestive mechanism. You must therefore eat food which has high water content and less spicy! for e. G, in the morning you can have chilled milk or lime juice or orange juice or watermelon juice with a fruit plate. For lunch you can have simple food like dal, rice, curd, 2 rotis without ghee and any 1 vegetable with less oil and less spicy. For dinner too, you can have tomato soup, 2 rotis without ghee and any 1 vegetable. In between, keep on drinking water or lime juice or orange juice or watermelon juice or chaas or lassi whatever you like. Relax at least for 15 mins daily with closed eyes in between your work or study! if possible apply little almond oil with your finger tips around your eyes during those 15 mins and slightly massage over the area around the eyes. You will feel much better after doing these lifestyle changes.

Measuring Testosterone Levels in Men

The body and its functions depend to a great extent on the play of hormones, which can greatly affect how we function and the quality of life that we enjoy. Men and women have many different kinds of hormones. Testosterone is a male hormone that is found mainly in the testicles of males, and is responsible for the development of their sexual behaviour and other typical male characteristics. 

Why Measure Testosterone?

This hormone affects the physical, mental and emotional side of men to a great extent and an alteration can also cause health problems. For example, symptoms like sudden weight gain and mood swings are just a few that can point towards a low T score, which is a measure of testosterone. This is why it is important to measure the levels of this hormone. 

There are many ways to measure testosterone levels in men, which are as follows. 

  1. Sweat: One of the foremost ways to measure testosterone levels is to get acquainted with the sweat and its smell, which is basically a function of the apocrine glands. The more you sweat, the more testosterone you have in your body. 
  2. Testicles: The size of the testicles also determines how much testosterone your body is producing. The smaller the size, the lower the level; while larger and firmer testicles will mean that your body is producing high levels of testosterone.
  3. Erections: The erection that a male enjoys is driven basically by the level of testosterone being produced in the body. The size and frequency of the erection basically speaks volumes of the T score. Infrequent and small erections can point at low levels of testosterone, low levels of nitric oxide, as well as malfunctioning dopamine receptors. 
  4. Saliva and Blood Spot Test: This home-based test kit or a blood test at the doctor's clinic can measure the level of testosterone that is being produced in the body, with the help of a vial that can ask for either saliva or blood In this method, you need to remember that the T score depends on the time of the day and is usually highest in the morning. Also, a blood test conducted by a doctor will have more accurate results.

For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc get cbc checked and review with reports.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Current lifestyle is such that stress becomes inevitable. But you might be aware how disastrous stress can be, it does take control of our lives. What one needs to consciously do is, take steps to address the stress that they are under.
Here are simple and effective ways to do it.

1) indulge in physical activities - most of us have sedentary lifestyles which add to stress. While indulging in workouts won't take away your stress, what will happen is that there will be clarity in your thoughts, and your emotional intensity will come down, calming you.
2) believe every problem has a solution - it is easy to be scared of the problem and let it take control of your mind & your life. Take control of them. Try to actively address your problem and look for solutions. When you act towards solving your problem, irrespective of the solution, your mind has more positive in it than stress.
3) give it away - meet people, socialize, and connect with other lives. This is actually going to solve half your problem. Not only will more things occupy your mind, and you will know of other people's problems too, but at times, sharing your stress problem warranties a quick solution!
4) treasure yourself - take some time for yourself and do what you love to do the most. Go to the spa, go shopping, read or just sleep. But make sure you have time away from work and daily chores, where you can rejuvenate your sense by doing what makes you the happiest. If nothing, meet up with friends.
5) indulge in volunteering work - helping others not only preoccupies your mind with problems of others rather than staying immersed in your own, but also helps you be more resilient. You will come out stronger and with more will to address your own issues.
6) try to stay positive all the time - appreciate what you have rather than concentrate on what you don't. Be thankful.
7) accept what you cannot change - however much we try to solve our problems, some things we cannot resolve right at the time. And there is no point in pondering over them. Accept that this is how things will be, and move on.

My hair start falling I went to dermatologist of Max hospital on February he gave me some medicine and Himalaya hair zone didn't work after that yesterday I went to him and he gave me. 1. Fungicides 2.Vitamin tablets 3. QILIB manic 5 After that today at evening I cut all my hair trimmed it to half inch suddenly they all stop falling. Vrukka dosha hara vati 2tabs morning and evening with asmarihar quath Asmari hara ras 50gms Hazrul yahud 10 gms Giloy sathw. 50gms Make. 80packets i.e. Morning one packet and evening one packet along with above. How to prepare quath Take, 400 ml water and add 10 gms of asmari hara quath churna and boil till it becomes one fourth ie 100 ml .Take 50 ml morning and evening along with Vrukka dosha hara vati 2tabs. Left leg - knee to toe - some weird, creepy, crawling sensation is there through out the day for about a year. When I am about to sleep it is more so I tend to move my leg due to uneasiness. It affects the way I walk. I was asked to take a dopler test on both legs and a nerve conduction study. On seeing the result doctor say that the results are within the allowable limits and have given me multi-vitamin tablet. My problem still persists. Need some insight into this. I am not a diabetic, and my sugar levels are normal.

Hi. I believe you might have a restless leg syndrome. Restless legs syndrome (rls) is a neurological disorder characterized by throbbing, pulling, creeping, or other unpleasant sensations in the legs and an uncontrollable, and sometimes overwhelming, urge to move them. Symptoms occur primarily at night when a person is relaxing or at rest and can increase in severity during the night. Moving the legs relieves the discomfort. Often called paresthesias (abnormal sensations) or dysesthesias (unpleasant abnormal sensations), the sensations range in severity from uncomfortable to irritating to painful. Certain lifestyle changes and activities that may reduce mild to moderate symptoms include decreased use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco; supplements to correct deficiencies ; changing or maintaining a regular sleep pattern; a program of moderate exercise like walking for 30 mins; and massaging the legs, taking a hot bath, or using a heating pad or ice pack try all dis but strongly suggest you to check with neurologist to get proper diagnosis and he may prescribe some medicine.

Mr Vishwanathan, She does not have hypothyroidism now. She may be having subclinical hypothyroidism. There is no need for any treatment now. She should exercise regularly to maintain normal weight, avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Use whole grain flour for making roti and chapati. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid high fat foods. This should help her. Get TSH levels checked after 6 months.

1.Sudden High Fever,Severe Headache 2.Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes 3.Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting 4.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5.Blood platelet count is low and Dengue Antigen test(NS1) is positive .Prevention 1.Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3.wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4.Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day. Take one teaspoon of black sesame seeds, milk (1 cup), Honey or jaggery (-1-2 tsp) and warm water to soak sesame seeds. Soak sesame seeds in warm water for 2 hours. Grind it to get a paste. Strain and mix it with a cup of milk. Add honey or jaggery and mix well. Have this sesame flavored milk daily.

hi. The chances of gaining height at 22 yrs. are remote, but you can still take these medicines as there are no side effects. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation).
