Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose tummy.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert. Chemical Peels and their Usage

Chemical peels are used for exfoliating the skin around your face, neck and hands. It is a process in which a chemical solution is used for eliminating the dead skin cells from the upper layer of your skin. After applying a chemical peel the affected layer of the skin comes off leaving behind a new layer of skin.

Chemical peels may be used for treating the following skin problems:

  1. Acne and acne scars
  2. Wrinkles and freckles
  3. Helps you to combat the problem of ageing
  4. Excessive consumption of birth control pills can sometimes lead to the appearance of brown spots on your skin. Chemical peels help to remove those spots and marks.
  5. It also effectively heals damage caused by the harmful rays of the sun.
  6. Sometimes dark circles and fine lines that appear under the eyes can also be treated with the help of chemical peels.
  7. Skin pigmentation can be cured with the help of chemical peels.

Chemical peels are generally not painful and are usually more effective for white skinned people. But they can cause adverse results if applied on cuts, wounds, infections or any skin diseases like eczema.

There are many types of chemical peels such as:

  1. Light peels: These peels are very mild in nature. Most often Glycolic acid is used as the peeling agent. Light peels can make your skin smooth and can also give you a radiant look.
  2. Medium depth peels: Trichloroacetic acid is used for peeling in case of medium depth peels. It helps to treat skin problems like wrinkles, pigmentation or skin damage caused by harmful rays of the sun.
  3. Deep peels: Deep peels not only act upon the upper layer of your skin but they rather penetrate through different layers of your skin. Usually phenol is used as the peeling agent. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

Hello lybrate-user, at your age one should eat lots of seasonal vegetables, seasonal fruits (stick to the permitted fruits list if you're diabetic), sproted lentils and moderate amount of lean protein, like eggs, paneer, tofu, soya bean and lentils. Red meat should not be consumed for more than two times a week and consumption of deep-fried, oily, very spicy and food items with high quantities of grains should be avoided. Add exercise to your daily routine and have plenty of fluids. Ruminating constantly means thinking about negative past events again and again.

Do weight lifting exercise gradually and follow the instruction of trainer. if you had tendency of hernia, don't lift heavy weight. weight lifting does not stop height growth

Depression is very common and everyone feels fed up, sad, unhappy, miserable at times. Sometimes we know that there is a cause for our depression - maybe we have just broken up from a relationship, maybe someone we were close to has died, we may have failed exams, we may be ill - but other times there doesn't seem to be one cause - it may be a build up of problems, feeling unable to cope with life and we are not really sure why.

#people can get a variety of symptoms when they feel very depressed#

-general feelings of unhappiness which don't go away.

-having no interest in life.

-finding it difficult to concentrate and make even easy decisions.

-having no feeling of enjoyment in life.

-not wanting to go out or mix with people but spending a lot of time on your own.

-feeling very tired and having no energy.

-finding it difficult to sleep and waking up frequently during the night.

-having no appetite and eating very little

-losing self confidence and feeling worthless.

-being very irritable, anxious, impatient.

-feeling very negative about life.

-having suicidal thoughts.


#what can I do to help myself#

-don't bottle things up - find someone to talk to about how you are feeling.
Make sure you get plenty of exercise and plenty of fresh air. You will find that even if you do a quick walk every day and a short period of other exercise each day you will start to feel physically and emotionally stronger and more able to cope.
-make sure you eat a healthy balanced diet - eat little and often and don't skip meals. If you are not eating properly you will feel more depressed and listless.
-try and keep busy - to keep your mind occupied.
-do things you enjoy to relax, treat yourself and take care of yourself.
-try and get to bed at a regular time. If you find it difficult to sleep listen to the radio/tv/read and you may find you drop off to sleep more easily.
-don't resort to unhealthy ways of dealing with your problems like drinking, taking drugs, cutting, eating disorders.
-ask for help when you need it.
-try to stop thinking in a negative way - when you think a negative thought try and replace it with a positive one.
-if you need a hug ask someone you trust - this can make you feel that someone really does care how you are feeling.

Hi lybrate-user you are overweight try to reduce your diet with health dietlikefallow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes n apple in midmorning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds n salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer fallow this diets for one months properly.

I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Hiiii lybrate-user thanks for asking your query 1) avoid fatty, sugary, salty n maida products 2) do regular brisk walking (45 min), start running +jogging 3) eat your food slowly. Don't finish your meals too fast 4) avoid cold water, ice cream, chocolate 5) eat freshly home made food only. Don't eat leftover refrigerator food 6) do 10 suryanamskar n try to increase d number 7) don't eat n sleep late night 8) gandharva haritaki churna 1 tsp+ 1 glass of warm water drink @night 9) avoid aerated drinks n alcohol. Strat buttermilk, nimbupani. 10) hv some nuts in your pocket for munching when your in outdoor thanku.

Reasons to restrict Sugar Intake

Sugar exists in many forms besides just the white powdered (usually gmo) beet sugar we can pick up at the grocery store. Sugar in all of its forms (including corn syrup, honey, and maple syrup) affects the body in a powerful way and we are consuming more of it now than ever before.

Here are three reasons why you should immediately make plans to cut your sugar intake -

# sugar makes you crave for more sugar and if you restrict yourself it leads to mood swings, behavioral changes and a feeling of 'restriction'. Sugar starts the chain reaction of addiction and more sugar means more calories which in turn mean more weight.

# sugar is the chief cause of 'belly' fat or love handles or cellulite. It ferments in the body making the body acidic and giving rise to bloating and gas. We then tend to perceive these problems as something else and end up doing a whole load of wrong things to beat the bloating and gas. For example, we cut down on beans, because we think that all that bloat and gas formation is because of these extremely healthy and nutritious beans. And, so we eliminate beans from our diet and fail to cut down on the substance that is the real cause, sugar.

# sugar makes the environment in our cells acidic. Almost all diseases breathe in an acidic environment. Enough has been said about that. If you feel you're addicted, get aware of your consumption and slowly start reducing it over time.

Find sweet substitutes, or set small milestones to reach your goal of consuming less sugar.

You have to under go heavy exercise four days in a week for 1 hour per day. Have lots of water in the breakfast have oats and Dalia of 50grams with lots of veggies or you can have two things phulkas along with veggies have guava, pears,apples alternative days in the mid morning in the lunch have 25grams of rice with 25grams dal and lots of veggies and sour curd. No need to have non veg till the time have a plate of salads in the evening and at dinner have two thin phulkas along with dal of 25grams. All the amount mentioned over are raw amounts.
