Eating whole some fruit is always better than drinking juices. Juice contains lots of added sugar. Artificial flavors. Fruit also provides you sufficient amount of fibrinogen needed for your body. Coffee as such is not bad in right amounts. No. You can eat eggs in proper amount. Remember always that excessive of everything is bad.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Presently my LDL cholesterol is 111 MG %. Please suggest medicines to bring down the level.

Presently my LDL cholesterol is 111 MG %. Please suggest medicines to bring down the level.
Low-density lipoprotein (LDL). LDL, or "bad," cholesterol transports cholesterol particles throughout your body. LDL cholesterol builds up in the walls of your arteries, making them hard and narrow. Prevention....The same heart-healthy lifestyle changes that can lower your cholesterol can help prevent you from having high cholesterol in the first place. To help prevent high cholesterol, you can: Lose extra pounds and maintain a healthy weight Quit smoking Eat a low-fat, low-salt diet that includes many fruits, vegetables and whole grains Exercise on most days of the week for at least 30 minutes

I'm a software engineer age 26. I was diagnosed type 2 diabetes at the age of 24, one and half year to be exact. I was running with high blood sugar levels. And recently I was advised that to go for fasting by my family doctor. So I skipped a noon lunch for more than 10 days. I felt great and light and even my blood sugar levels were down. But from past 15 days I was on travel due to business and I didn't follow diet. So back to square one. So is fasting advisable to me? He said to take very minimal food. As every food converts into glucose even food with low glycemic index. So he advised to take eggs and meat with fats so that it's not converted into glucose. So is that good diet? He shared a link with me. Which said same. Https://www.dietdoctor.com/fasting-reverses-diabetes.

I would not agree with such short term solutions. Diabetes is a lifelong condition and it requires dietary changes that you can follow lifelong rather than just to control the sugar level temporarily. A balanced diet needs to be followed even if you are diabetic so omitting carbohydrates completely is not an answer. I suggest you get your blood workup done: fbs, plbs, hba1c.

In My chest having some pain.
Why it is occur please reply me.
And how to increase the hight and body.
Pain chest at your age can be due to acidity, muscular. But if it is associated with some other symptoms then require further check up. & investigations like ecg, x- ray chest etc. For acidity you take small frequent meals (4-5 times daily). Avoide oily spicy food. Increase in height is not possible but you can improve body by taking proper nutrition, diet full of proteins vitamines.

Regular walking has been shown to reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. It lowers levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol while increasing levels of HDL (good) cholesterol and keeps blood pressure in check.

"Anything that raises your heart rate and gets your blood pumping is a workout for your heart and circulatory system" says personal trainer Stuart Amory. According to the Stroke Association, walking briskly for up to 30 minutes can help prevent and control the high blood pressure that can cause strokes ? reducing your risk by up to 27 per cent.

Important to reach hospital on time - 3 Hours Golden Rule

Important to reach hospital on time - 3 Hours Golden Rule
" golden hours 3 hours"
If you suspect any case of cerebrovascular accident (lakva) or myocardial infarction (heart attact) reach a multispeciality hospital with 3 hrs called hours.
Reason- beyond 3 hrs heart ll undergo irreversible damages which will be permanent and in case of cerebrovascular accident clot cannot be broken (thrombolysis) and the person might not be able to recover lifetime.
So remember 3 hours golden hours.

It's well known that prevention is better than cure. A simple holistic approach towards life is required. Get your friend checked by a doctor and also do all the tests suggested by him. Exercise daily,(and add 1 hrs of yoga which will help harmonise all the systems of the body.) Eat in moderation and avoid all junk food and salty things (minimise salt intake). Let the doctor diagnose what exactly is the problem and start the treatment. Do not change the medications or alter them without his advise.

lybrate-user, at age of 22, it is natural for you to be ambitious, restless, impatient and hyper active. You are getting tensed and angry because you need to spend all your energy into POSITIVE PRODUCTIVE activities. Eating the correct kind of foods like fresh vegetables and lots of fruit, curd, juices - all fresh and natural, not form packaged boxes. These will nurture your body and help overcome any deficiencies that also lead to irritation. You MUST do active sports like football, badminton, swimming, jogging so you sweat properly. His will also burn out the irritation from you body and mind. There are many beautiful, fruitful and strong things for you to do. This is just the start of your life. Stay Positive.
