Hello Doctor, I had sex before many times. I'm trying to overcome it. But at night when I sleep. I get my ovum released and morning when I wake up it stinks. What is the reason for it.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, FCPS, DGO, Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP)
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Nobody can know about ovum release, you are probably saying some vaginal discharge. If there are no associated complaints like itching nothing to be done. If associated complaints then meet Gynecologist.

Hi What to do in starting days of pregnancy? When a women feel not well & when shes suffering from vomits?
IT IS THE COMMON SUFFERING OF A PREGNANT LADY IN THE INITIAL DAYS OF PREGNANCY. IF IT NOT AFFECTING HER ROUTINE TO A GREAT EXTENT, WE SHOULD NOT TREAT IT AGGRESSIVELY. MEANWHILE YOU CAN TRY SOME HARMLESS HOME REMEDIES. ONE TIP I CAN GIVE IS TO AVOID MINT BASED TOOTHPASTE WHICH USUALLY AGGRAVATES THE SYMPTOMS. IN HOMEOPATHY, WE HAVE EFFECTIVE REMEDIES TO TACKLE THIS CONDITION(HYPEREMESIS GRAVIDARUM). YOU CAN CONSULT ME FOR THAT IF SYMPTOMS DONT SUBSIDE.

I am having multiple fibroadenoma in both breasts, which are very small. I had undergone surgery for fibroadenoma removal four times in the past approximately 6 years ago, which were bigger in size. I am having a doubt that" is this fibroadenoma will become cancerous tumor in the future and is there any diet restrictions to get it reduced. Can you please clarify my doubt.

Generally fibroadenomas do not turn cancerous. However, self examination on a monthly basis is recommended. In case you notice any change in their character or there is bloody discharge from nipple, general surgeon would examine and order usg and / or fnac besides other tests. Then depending on the results further action is planned. There is no need to remove all fibroadenomas,

Vitamin d if given more than required gets stored in liver, being fat soluble it's not possible to get rid of extra by drinking lots of water. It will take its own time to be used up by body. For lump in breast get an ultrasound of breast done to rule out any underlying nodes or mass.

There are many treatments available for early ejaculation none of which will give you a lasting cure until you learn how to be in charge of this anxiety. Therefore the 3 best premature ejaculation “cures” need to focus on controlling the communication between your brain and your body. The first cure for PE is correcting your focus. If you are over stimulating your brain with thoughts of sexual fantasies, how great it’s going to feel when you’re inside that hot, moist vagina and you’re constantly thinking about your penis… I can guarantee you are going to lose control and ejaculate early. This may be within seconds or minutes of entering her vagina. The second best cure is controlling performance anxiety. Being constantly anxious about the workings of your penis equates to leaving your mind in your penis – and if your mind is in your penis, once more you will overstimulate your brain and ejaculate early. Being able to control the sexual and emotional programs in your BRAIN are paramount to overcoming anxiety and premature ejaculation problems. The third best premature cure is taking control of the sexual act. This can only be achieved with a complete sexual strategy which encompasses the whole of the sexual act. Sex isn’t just about putting your penis in and hoping for the best – that’s a recipe for a big mess to clean up, both inside and outside the bedroom! The reason why so many men struggle to overcome their premature problem is because they don’t have a complete plan.

Sex karne k baad periods let hona kya pregnancy ka symptom h? please give me answer as soon as possible.
Most important symptom of pregnancy is missed period. There r other symptoms but all of them appear 2 weeks after the missed period. Those r nausea, vomiting, breast fullness and increased urination. If you have a missed period then you should get urine pregnancy test done at home after 7 days of missed period to confirm it. Menses can also be missed by hormonal changes.

It varies person to person. But don't worry. Many skin treatments available in case it doesn't diminish on its own. Visit a dermatologist for that 6 months after pregnancy.

No any physical exertion during menses should be completely stopped n exercise is a strict no. Take rest as much as you can take. Exercising during menses will cause irregularity of menses, scanty menses etc. In the long run.

Causes and Symptoms of Bone Fracture

M.Ch. orthopaedics, M.S. (Orth)
Orthopedist, Ludhiana
Causes and Symptoms of Bone Fracture

A bone fracture occurs when a strong external force is applied on the bones causing it to break. It is an extremely painful condition that results in days of immobility and rest.

There are several reasons which can result in bone fracture, some of them being:

  1. Injuries caused in sports: Any sport requires and demands extreme physical exertion and participation. Being involved in any sport therefore automatically increases your risk of incurring injuries. Bone ractures therefore are mostly reported during sports.
  2. Osteoporosis: Due to the deficiency of calcium, the bones of both men and women tend to get weak and more susceptible to fracture and breakage. It is one of the primary causes that lead to bone fracture.
  3. Osteomalacia: This also refers to a condition wherein the bones become weak and brittle. Much like osteoporosis, osteomalacia too significantly contributes to instances of bone fractures.
  4. Osteosarcoma: This is a rare form of bone cancer that most often develops either near the femur or near the shinbone. An instance of this form of bone cancer is most often found in children and weakens the bone, consequently leading to fractures.

Though there may be different causes of broken fractures, its symptoms remain similar. Some of them are:

  1. Swelling: One of the most common symptoms of bone fracture is perceptible swelling. If any of your bone is fractured, that particular part will be visibly swollen.
  2. Deformity: Bones give your body the shape it has, thereby, any fracture anywhere would inevitably manifest itself as a clear deformity of that particular part.
  3. Extreme pain: It goes without saying that a bone fracture would entail excruciating and extreme pain. This pain sharply increases with mobility thereby necessitating complete rest.
  4. Temporary loss of function: The part of the body where the bone is broken temporarily becomes dysfunctional. For instance, if the bone in your hand is broken, you will find it extremely difficult to move and do any work with it.
