You have to check with your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. If the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity. Back pain problem is due to your over weight and for which you cannot do immediate measures, slowly you have to structure the weight reduction plan. Initially drink more water to flush out the toxins which are already stored in the system. Eat more water content vegetables which will definitely help to release the toxins in the body and also drink hot water as much as you can which will help you to drain the deposited fat in the body. Start paying attention to your diet & what you eat which possess more calories of food.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I am a 27 years old guy. Working in a mnc having back pain could you please suggest that what kind of exercise I can do?

Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Goodmorning sir there is a treatment. What you require is a physiotherapy treatment of ift and ust ultrasond treatment. That will relieve you of pain. Kindly take 10 days of treatment. After which you could start with a few exercises. Active movements of shoulder. Then resisted exercises of shoulder. Please do a hot and cold fermentation. Please do get back to me.

Go and get a x-ray of your back anterioposterior & lateral view. Then consult a physiotherapist for the treatment for at least 10 days. After examination he/she will do us, ift, swd/hot pack to relive your pain.

Hello lybrate user, - might it is because of your improper posture of sleep or using hard pillows - do some neck exercises daily for 15 min to keep your muscles and joints flexible - apply some medicated oil like ksheerabala taila and give hot fomentation for 15-20 min daily once to relive the stiffness and to get the strength. Mri can be done. Natural healing time of frozen shoulder is 18-24 months. Make sure to have a good sugar control. If things are troubling you too much you can go for manipulation under anaesthesia.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day. For further detail contact me in private.

If the pain has started after your fall then most likely it may be because of some form of trauma inflicted then. You may have hurt the leg directly or your spine which could give radiating pain down your leg. It will be advisable to get yourself examined by a doctor as soon as possible.
