I have joint pain in my knee. Its very painful. How I relief from it? Its not only my but also my all family problem....
Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Sir, I have developed a bakers cyst behind knee of my right leg. Please suggest me something.

Sir, I have developed a bakers cyst behind knee of my right leg. Please suggest me something.
A Baker's cyst is usually the result of knee-joint conditions, such as arthritis or torn cartilage, that cause the knee to produce too much lubricating fluid. Symptoms, when they occur, may include a bulge and tight feeling behind the knee. Treatment, if required, involves treating the underlying condition. Other options include a cortisone injection, fluid drainage with a needle or physiotherapy.

Dear, you have mentioned that ligament injury but which grade? if it is grade 1 and 2 you can go for physiotherapy treatment where you can take ultrasound and ift therapy and exercises and if its grade 3 you have to go for arthroscopic repair surgery. But after that also you have to do physiotherapy treatment.

Hello. I'm 23 years old and my weight is about 77 kg. I have knee knock problems since last 2 t0 3 year in both legs. How can I overcome this naturally by diet and exercise.

Hello.
I'm 23 years old and my weight is about 77 kg. I have knee knock problems since last 2 t0 3 year in both legs....
1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
