Please ask your mom to continue to use the involved shoulder and extremity as much as possible given her pain and range-of-motion limits. Applying heat or cold to her shoulder can help relieve pain. A physiotherapist can teach her range-of-motion exercises to help recover as much mobility in the shoulder as possible. Her commitment to doing these exercises is important to optimize recovery of her mobility. Most frozen shoulders get better on their own within 12 to 18 months. For persistent symptoms, go to a orthopedic doctor who may suggest: steroid injections or shoulder manipulation or surgery. Best wishes.

if knee pain is too much then avoid exercise firstly reduce pain then start exercise do hot fermentation and put a towel roll under knee and press then release repeat 10 time. if it work then OK other wise physiotherapy treatment

Healing of ligament is more difficult than healing of bones. You must get your MRI done to see the extent of tear of the ligament. In the mean time do cold compresses, avoid weight bearing and do strengthening exercises of muscles.

If there was no trauma or injury to the back, and also if you didn't lift any heavy weight and the pain started, then it could be due to posture related or mechanical backache. You can use a hot water bag in your back for 10-15 min and then apply some ointment like nice gel. Eventually you need to strengthen your back muscles by exercising (simple exercises) like pelvic lifting, static back etc, also some of the yoga asanas are also good for back like bhujangasan etc.

Dear, follow these best method to get fast relief from piles: *. Fill a tub with luke warm water. Put a stool in centre of tub and sit onstool. Note that your hips are within the water. Sit for 10-15 minute. It willrecover your swelling. You can add 1/2 tea spoon of salt and neem leaves 5-10 in water for fast recovery. * apply glycerine or coconut oil dipped cotton gauze on the anus in night. *. Diet plays very important role. Eat a lot of leafy vegetables, high roughage food (oat meals, daliya, corn). These diet softens your stools and anus feels little pressure during defeacation (stool extraction) and recover fastly. *avoid cheese, egg, potatoes, westren foods (burgers, pizza, white bread etc), soft drinks. These foods enhances constipation and can increase the swelling. *do not sit on couch for a long time. Walk for atleast 2-3 minutes in 3-4 hours. *take half tea spoon of turmeric (haldi powder), a pinch of carom (ajwain. Add then in a glass of water. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Drink 30 ml ofthis water 2 times (morning and evening. It relieves your piles very fastly * you can take triphala power 1 tea spoon with one glass of water in evening daily. Atleast for 3 months. It will heal your piles and make your anus normal. * you can take allopathic medicines for constipation.

May I ask you since when have you been experiencing this kind of pain? do you also feel stiffness when you get up in morning and does it get better after 30-45 minutes of activity? do you suffer from any disease for which you take or have previously take a long term treatment? initially I advise you to get: cbc, esr, crp, serum vitamin d and serum electrolytes. I am 38 years old and have slip disc, tried two orthopedics and two neuro surgeons not free from pain. I have been having following symptoms from 06-09-2016 onwards Also I have following symptoms My name is D Siva Sai Ram and I am from Bangalore, I have below symptoms from September 6th 2016 onward. 1) can not sit in chair for long as there is total discomfort and pain on the upper back and neck, feel like lying down very often 2) pains on the back, buttocks, legs, numbness in legs, itching, burning sometime at lower back 3) muscle weakness in legs and arms 4) while sleeping uncomfortable feeling in neck, head, back and upper back 5) chest discomfort, vomit sensation - very often 6) weakness, unable to focus or concentrate for long and lack of focus/concentration and feeling sleepy 7) when getting up from chair or from squatting there is full giddiness/chakkar, also I get pain in left and right thigh when getting up from chair 8) muscle spams while sleeping (sudden jerks) in legs and hands 9) when I bend forward, backward or side ward even slightly I get pain in the hip or back 10) sciatica pain in left leg and numbness in right leg very often Also find the MRI report summary below MRI report says below small sized posterocentral and left paracentral disc extrusion is noted at L2-3 level compressing the thecalsac. Mid left lateral recess narrowing is seen at this level indentation of the traversing left L3 nerve root small left far lateral (extra foranimal) disc protrusion is see at L5-S1 level indenting the exiting left L5 nerve root mild lumbar spondylosis changes are seen with anterior osteophytes lipping at multiple levels. Degenerative hypertrophy of the bilateral facets is noted at L4-5 level I have taken complete bed rest for one week and then took pelvic traction for another week in hospital after that trying to do normal daily activities, but I cannot do. Quality of life is pathetic, how much period treatment is needed please guide.

I am a 48 year old female. I have right lag pain due to mri report l5si disc desiceation and diffuse bulge with focal posterocentral herniation causing compression on si nerve roots. L4-l5 disc desiccation with decreased disc hight and diffuse posterior bulge causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. L3-l4 disc desiceation and mild bulge. What should I do?

Not all patients of backache & pain joints need surgery. Most of them can be managed without operation spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful morning stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
