Hi, No need to worry. But if you sense any cystic growth or lumps which is palpable in breast with pain is the indication to any other disease. Each of your breasts contains lobes of glandular tissue, arranged like petals of a daisy. The lobes are divided into smaller lobules that produce milk during pregnancy and breast-feeding. The supporting tissue that gives the breast its shape is made up of fatty tissue and fibrous connective tissue. Breast cysts develop as a result of fluid accumulation inside the glands in the breasts. Breast cysts may be defined by their size: Microcysts are too small to feel, but may be seen during imaging tests, such as mammography or ultrasound. Macrocysts are large enough to be felt and can grow to about 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5 centimeters) in diameter. Large breast cysts can put pressure on nearby breast tissue, causing breast pain or discomfort. What causes breast cysts may develop as a result of hormonal changes from monthly menstruation. Some evidence suggests that excess estrogen in your body, which can stimulate the breast tissue, may contribute to breast cysts. So once consult nearby gynaecologist she can examine and advise according to your condition.

I am 19 years old. I had taken unwanted 72 on 30th oct pre semen slightly touched the condom. I had taken another unwanted 72 6th nov because condom broke during anal sex. On that day (6th nov) I have got withdrawal bleeding just for 9 hours and the amount is very very low. Is it just the side effect if that pill? Will I get this kind of bleeding very frequently? My periods date is 17th nov. When will I get my next periods? Will it bw too late or will I skip it? Am I safe from pregnancy? When will my periods be normal. Will this 2 pill in one cycle make a huge problems in my periods schedule?

Taking frequent i-pills can mess your periods up! I would advice you to avoid any further unprotected intercourse this month and wait patiently for your next periods. If they are over a week due to a serum b-Hcg to rule out pregnancy. Also consider taking regular contraceptive pills to avoid any further problems.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. The reference values for OGTT during pregnancy are like as shown:" According to these criteria the diagnosis of GDM is made if there is at least one abnormal value (≥92, 180 and 153 mg/dl for fasting, one-hour and two-hour plasma glucose concentration respectively), after a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT: From those it is clear that your OGTT values after 1 hour and 2 hours are higher, suggesting presence of GDM (Gestational diabetes). It is necessary to maintain glucose values between 90 to 120 mg through out the day, for having a healthy baby, to prevent large baby and to get the desired outcome of pregnancy. So there is a need for looking at your diet and also there may be a need for Insulin injections to achieve lower glucose levels, till the completion of pregnancy. Thanks.

Hello, If pregnancy is ruled out then the delay is likely to be stress induced as this is the first episode. You may wait and watch for a week for menses to start.
