Hi! if the pregnancy test is positive, honestly there is no simple way to avoid it. You have to undergo abortion by drugs or surgically, whichever way is suitable for you. You will need to get an ultrasound done. After that pills can be prescribed to you. Please don't take these medicines from the medical store directly as these are potentially harmful drugs. Take it after consulting a gynaecologist. Take care.

PCOS IS NOT A DISEASE BUT A CHANGE HAPPEND BECAUSE OF DERANGED LIFESTYLE AND STRESS. YOU ARE NOT OVULATING HENCE YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR PERIODS. THERE IS NO POINT TAKING KRIMSON 35 OR ANY OTHER TREATMENT CURRENTLY AS YOU ARE UNMARRIED. THE REAL TREATMETN NECESSARY WOULD AFTER MARRIAGE WHEN YOU WOULD NEED TO OVULATE FOR CHILD BEARING. EVEN IF YOU TAKE TREATMENT NOW PERIODS WOULD COME REGULAR TILL YOU ARE ON DRUGS AND ONCE YOU WOULD STOP THE DRUGS THEN PERIODS WOULD RETURN TO THE EARLIER MANNER

Even a Single Course of Antibiotics can Harm Your Health FOREVER!

Even a Single Course of Antibiotics can Harm Your Health FOREVER!

Antibiotics are taken to treat a host of bacterial infections, from fever to fungal infections, doctors prescribe antibiotics to deal with the symptoms. Usually, a single course of antibiotics must be taken for the cold or the flu to completely heal. Antibiotics only treat bacterial infections; they do not do anything for viral infections.

1. Antibiotics and Good Bacteria
Antibiotics kill bacteria. Antibiotics do not discriminate between good bacteria and their bad peers. Thus, they end up killing the good bacteria as well. The microbiomes in the gut are the good bacteria in your body that aid in digestion. Certain antibiotics can change the entire microbial diversity in the gut and this change can last for a year. Clindamycin, another antibiotic, can kill butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid produced by microbes. In the gut, the butyrate prevents carcinogenesis, inflammation and oxidative stress.

2. Resistance to Bacteria
Like every living organism, bacteria too evolve and adapt to the surroundings. They mutate and respond to the changes in the environment thus, leading to bacterial resistance. Some bacteria mutate and survive the antibiotic treatments. These bacteria reproduce and the resistance strain gets passed on to the next generation which, in turn, makes the new bacteria desensitised to antibiotics. When you get infected again-

  1. The infection lasts longer, thus the disease may become serious
  2. There are more complications which tend to further increase every single time you are prescribed a new course of antibiotics
  3. If the infection lasts longer, then the chances of you infecting others also become higher
  4. Recovery takes longer

However, there are a few other things to be considered as well:

Taking antibiotics if you have a viral infection is not a smart thing to do. The antibiotics do nothing to kill the virus. However, if your bacterial infection has been plaguing you since a long time, doctors generally prescribe antibiotics every time. This is because, no matter what their downsides are, antibiotics do help you in recovering from various bacterial complications, at times, permanently.

IN MY OPINION SEX MUST BE SATISFACTORY FOR BOTH PARTNERS . IT SHOULD NOT BE ONE SIDED. STIMULATION AND FOREPLAY SHOULD BE FROM BOTH SIDE AND WHEN BOTH THINKS READY TO GO FOR INTERCOURSE THEY SHOULD HAVE IT . BUT AS YOU DO THAT'S INCOMPLETE AND FLAWED PROCEDURE . WISH YOU GOOD HEALTH.

3 Easy Non-Surgical Ways to Lose Weight!

3 Easy Non-Surgical Ways to Lose Weight!

Obesity is a common problem in today’s world; especially with the changing food habits, increased stress levels and poor lifestyle choices coming into play. In women, weight gain can primarily occur because of hormonal imbalances and pregnancy. The various causes of weight gain in women are:

  1. Menopause: On reaching menopause, hormonal imbalances can increase appetite and lead to weight gain.
  2. Stress and pregnancy: Pregnancy is a period when a woman tends to eat a lot and put on weight. Pregnancy can also result in piling up of stress because of the anticipation as the D-day draws nearer; increased stress levels lead you to eat more and you tend to put on more weight, thus increasing risks of suffering from obesity eventually.
  3. Diseases: Complications in the liver and the kidneys may cause you to gain weight.

There are many options that a woman can opt for weight loss. Some of the best non surgical treatment for weight loss is:

  1. Ultrasonic lipolysis: This is a non-surgical technique to reduce fat from abdomen, thighs, hips, back etc.It involves HIFU (high intensity focalized ultrasound) wherein, ultrasonic waves are directed on areas in the body which have excess fat. The process involves removing fat tissues through the natural drainage system of the body i.e. the lymph system.
  2. Endermology: Endermology is a technique that is used to increase blood circulation and reduce cellulite (persistent layered fat) content in the body. The procedure entails using rollers which are rolled on the skin to stretch the connective tissues, which results in cellulite reduction. It also revitalizes the tissues in the body and prevents bloating. The treatment is painless and is known to relax the tissues in the body.
  3. Mesotherapy: Mesotherapy is a non-surgical technique that is used to reduce fat from the body. The procedure involves administering medications to the concerned areas of the body which have excess amounts of fat by means of injections. It enhances the circulatory and immune system of the body; it is a painless procedure and does not require post-surgical recovery time and so considered as a best weight loss treatment.

It happens in postmenopausal women (after cessation of menses) or even around that time. Ask her to eat more soya rich food which contains natural estrogen along with calcium. Her symptoms will go in 2-3 months time. If this does not work it will need to be treated with medications like estrogen or Tibolone.

Hello Dear,Periods occur when the egg formed during each menstrual cycle in the female body is not fertilized and hence ejected out of the reproductive system along with blood and several other tissue cells. The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

Hello, Irregular period is usually defined as any type of bleeding that's abnormal when compared to your last few menstrual cycles. It can include everything from a late period to early bleeding, and scant bleeding to extremely heaving bleeding. For many women, this can even mean an absent period (amenorrhea) or two periods in one month (metrorrhagia). It's actually a way of your body telling you something is not right and probably your hormones (especially estrogen and progesterone) are imbalanced. Although, in most cases, they are not dangerous, but it is important to figure out what is causing the irregularity (which may require a trip to the doctor). RESAONS/ CAUSES: Some common reasons for irregular periods: STRESS: Stress is the most common cause of irregular periods. Cortisol, the stress hormone, has a direct impact on how much estrogen and progesterone, two sex hormones, gets produced by the body. POOR DIET: Unhealthy eating and being overweight or underweight can cause irregular periods. In order for a woman to maintain a regular cycle, her body fat percentage needs to be at least 17-22 percent. EXCESSIVE EXERCISE: Excessive exercising (or even lack of it) and drastic weight changes can decrease the body fat, being underweight can offset your hormone levels, thus contributing to irregular periods. BIRTH CONTROL PILLS: When some women stop taking the pill, their periods may take one to three months to return to normal. And this can also reveal an underlying hormonal problem that was masked by taking the birth control pills. PCOS: Polycystic ovary syndrome causes cysts to form on the ovaries, interfering with regular ovulation. In fact, PCOS is far more complicated than a missed period. Talk to your doctor about this condition. THYROID: Thyroid disorders, including hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, can cause widespread symptoms like changes in estrogen and cortisol hormones and missed periods. OTHER REASONS: Some other reasons include perimenopause, menopause, pregnancy, certain medications you might be taking due to other health issues, and breastfeeding. Some home remedies you can try to treat irregular period problem: REDUCE STRESS: Breathe away stress by doing yoga and breathing exercises and meditation in the morning. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. CHASTE BERRY: The best known hormone balancing herb for women, Chaste berry helps to regulate the female gynecological system. It works by normalizing the secretions of the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and ovaries, which then appropriately signal to balance the endocrine system. Note – This herb is not recommended if you are taking any fertility drug. It should not be consumed during pregnancy. SHATAVARI: Shatavari is also known to restore the balance of hormones in women. Mix it with equal amount of Ashwagandha and take 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night daily. OTHER HERBS: Some other herbs you can try to regain healthy menstruation: Holy basil (Tulsi), Black cohosh, licorice (Mulethi) root, turmeric, and Evening primerose oil. (If you are on medications, always consult your doctor first). DIETARY CHANGES: Drink carrot juice, aloe vera juice, grape juice. Add ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, green (unripe) papaya, sesame seeds (with Jaggery), Apple Cider Vinegar and wheat grass to your diet. Also eat other seasonal fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Most women return to healthy menstruation cycle following these remedies. However, if you don’t benefit from the above, you should see your gynaecologist immediately. Stay healthy, stay strong. LIVE FIT.

Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.
