Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

It might be due to pigmentation and also might due to varicose veins. We cannot suggest you tablets but you can apply castor oil for better blood circulation.

My father having leg pain due to inflammation of bone near toe.On consultancy it is due to excess of uric acid presence in body.Please consult the remedy as due to this father finding difficulty in walking also unable to wear footwear due to swelling because of enlagment of bone at foot.Please also guide can it be operated .

At this point your father need not undergo operation. You try Xyluric 100mg tds till swelling settles and then take if necessary. Inugesic can be tried with food. Avoid fish and high uric acid containing foods/ purine derivatives/ alcohol/ non-vegetarian/red wine/ Take little saffron with curds daily and see.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. I got accident. The wrist joint is dislocated. I got plastered. How many days should it take to get the plaster off.
