Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops in later age due to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like merc. Iod. Sulphur, acid-nit, jacaranda, cinnabaris, hepar-sulph, can notharis, thuja etc which can help such cases.

I have throat problem. When I speak with somebody my voice bcms harsh due which my throat and ear both start aching. I'm not able to speak in such conditions. I've taken treatment by many doctors but it's not at all effective. Doctors have said that hydrochloric acid from my stomach is rising up to my throat due to acidity. What else should I do to get healed? Pls gve me some tips and please give me some medicines too to get healed.

Rest when you feel tired. Try to walk each day. Start out by walking a little more than you did the day before. Avoid strenuous activities, such as biking, jogging, weight lifting, and aerobic exercise. You may have some blood or fluid draining from the cyst. Wear sanitary pads if needed. Do not have sex until your doctor tells you it is okay. You can eat your normal diet. Drink plenty of fluids. You may notice that your bowels are not regular right after your surgery. This is common. Try to avoid constipation and straining with bowel movements. Take a fibre supplement. If you have not had a bowel movement after a couple of days, take a mild laxative. Wash the area daily with warm water. Sit in 8 to 10 centimetres of warm water (sitz bath) for 15 to 20 minutes 3 times a day. Keep the area clean and dry.

Dear stomach problems mainly occurs due to bad eating habits and sedentary life style...He need to follow the tips below upto 1 month... 1. Drink 100-500 ml of coconut water daily. 2. Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama.And Do brisk walk daily early morning 2 km. 7. Drink 2-3 litre water daily. it will cure acidity and will help in weight reduction also.

Do a head massage for 20-25 min with tungadrumadi taila (ayurvedic oil) followed by a warm shower. Do this after dinner. Then drink warm milk and feet massage be done. Then go to sleep. Avoid tea/coffee after 5 pm in evening don't watch t. V, laptop, mobile phone 2 hours before sleeping time. Don't sleep in day time. Rather take a nap for 20-25 min. Do regular meditation.

My problem is digestion before meal and after meal digestion problem and gas. For relief I'm getting gelusil tab rantac 150 after taking this tab my digestion problem is not solve pls help any suggestion or any medicine for me. Thank you.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/usg done. Tab Pantium-L 1 tab empty stomach.

Piles are often associated with a long history of indigestion and constipation, resulting in hard stools. They can be dry or may bleed. Diet & lifestyle advice 1. Avoid the intake of heavy, dry, cool, and stale foods, refined foods like jams, pastries, packaged, and canned foods. 2. Also avoid tea, coffee, aerated drinks, and alcoholic beverages, pickles, potatoes, and root vegetables except radish and carrot. 3. Increase the intake of whole-wheat flour, whole grains, brown rice, barley, legumes (lentils, beans, peas, chickpeas, soybeans, etc.), buttermilk, rock salt, indian gooseberries (amla), green leafy vegetables, and foods that are rich in fiber. 4. Eat more fruits including oranges, figs, strawberries, kiwis, bananas, pears, papayas, apples, grapes, and mangoes. 5. Increase daily liquid consumption in the form of water, soup, juice, milk, buttermilk, etc. 6. Engage in light exercise like walking, yoga, and swimming, avoid sleeping during the daytime and waking up late in the night. Home remedies: 1. Apply sesame oil on external dry piles followed by warm fomentation (warm moist compresses or sitting in warm water). The easiest method is to sit in a tub with the buttocks submerged in warm water. 2. Eat 4 figs twice a day, in the morning and evening. Saturate 4 figs in water for the whole night; eat these in the morning. Remember not to drink water prior to eating the figs. Saturate another 4 figs in the morning to be eaten in the evening. Do this every day for 4 weeks. 3. Take 1 tsf triphala churna at night daily with luke warm water. 4. Revert me back for more medications.
