Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Normally one should avoid junk food. Have aplenty of water by mouth. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Zest balanced diet with lot of leafy vegetables and cereals. Zavoid junk food and soft drink these are carbonated drink not good for health. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which helps to prevent infection.

Hello Sulthana Moles are little difficult to remove with medicines or cream. BUT further appearance of moles can be controlled with homoepathic treatment. You will not get rid of the existing ones but surely apperance of new ones can be prevented. For that proper constitutional treatment is needed. It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity. that could be the main reason for your ankle injury when you play sports as calcium and vitamin deficiency will definitely affect the firm joints as Ankle is one of the firm joint in the lower limbs
