Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Home remedies to Control high BP:-1. Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium. So, try to eat one or two bananas daily. Along with bananas, you can try dried apricots, raisins, orange juice, spinach, baked sweet potatoes. 2. Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. Crushing garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide, a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart. If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. You can also mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user. As you said, now you are taking medications for high BP as well as Diabetes. Combination of these two diseases poses a risk of all sorts of future problems. You should adopt health life style from right now! Regular walking, running, jogging, swimming etc etc. Any kind of physical workout. But this has to be regular and daily. Follow diet regulations for high BP and Diabetes. Diet information is easily available everywhere. Regular visit to your physician is a must. Take care.

HI lybrate-user If BP is significantly high it may need medications definitely. The other means to control BP in addition are to reduce extra salt intake in our daily diet like pickles/ papads/ processed foods. Etc. Keep salt intake less than 6 gram per day. Regular walk and exercise in addition to relaxation practices like pranayama and meditation may help.

Hi lybrate-user. To know whether it is small or major problem we need to do some tests like ECG, Blood pressure measurement, ECHO if needed. Then will be able to give proper answer. So better consult a physician to know the exact cause.

How does the heart disease affect a reason and how do we prevent the heart disease and explain its reason.

How does the heart disease affect a reason and how do we prevent the heart disease and explain its reason.
When blood vessel (s) supplying blood to the heart tissue get blocked, heart tissue gets affected and stop working partially depending upon the block (s) and the suffering person has pain on the left side of chest radiating towards left arm and hand, breathless, uneasiness, pain in the back, blackouts -all of the above or none-person suffers in sleep, is found dead. Prevention is lifestyle modification (s) control diabetes and bp, eat right, cut down on oily food but do take healthy fats like ghee, butter, nuts-a katori, good fats, just 5-10 gms/day. No smoking or exposure to pollution as lack of oxygen in blood triggers a heart attack. Exercise moderately, reduce stress but do have positive stress because fruitful activities do boost the good cholesterol.
