Intercourse is not related to removal of dermoid cyst. So there should not be any restriction for this reason alone.

If you are under care of a gynecologist, doctor must have told you that pregnancy is growing well or not, as per expectation. In patients who conceive for the first time, the muscles of the tummy are tight and strong, due to this in many patients the pregnancy is growing well but the tummy is not seen. In fact you should be happy is the growth is good and the tummy is not seen, it can mean that your tummy has good muscle tone and so will also try to maintain the tone after more growth and after delivery.

While breastfeeding, ovulation does not occur but that is not the rule. Even without menstruation, ovulation can occur. There is no harm in taking i-pill asap, as it will definitely prevent pregnancy. Menses usually starts after cesarean section between 6 months to 12 months. But even before menses starts you can get pregnant. Ideal contraception for breastfeeding woman is copper t which has highest efficacy. While choosing a method of contraception, it is important that it not interfere with lactation or have negative effects on the infant. Iucd or copper t is more effective than condoms and progesterone only pills. Oc pills suppresses milk production.

It's difficult to study after marriage, but look around, there are married women going for jobs and working in offices for 10 hours per day. They too suffer from erratic eating and stress of doing a double job. Drink juice of lemon along with a spoon of honey added to water every day on empty stomach. This works like anti oxidant, removes impurities from blood. Helps in weight reduction. Brings down levels of sugar and fats in blood. Take good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Reduce carbs, salt and sugar even if blood sugar and bp are normal. Walking is simple exercise that helps to meditation. Eat more proteins like milk and curds. All of these items are not responsible for weight gain plus take a boiled egg, fulfilling and nourishing food. Eat lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more water as a routine. Get back after a trial for a month. You can cook food for family with minimal oils, keep ghee or butter on the table to be added to food of growing up kids in the family. Good luck.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Sexual pleasure for women is internal. It is not like men who ejaculate on climax. Even though women do not experience sexual pleasure, just by ejaculation male semen inside vagina, she can become pregnant and deliver a child. But that is not the case with a man. He needs to ejaculate. In your case, I think, you should learn what is women climax and how to achieve it. I suggest you need sexual education. Take care.

All kinds of food you can eat. Focus on green leafy veg, fruits and wallnuts. Continue eating all what you were eating before. Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. Along with tat full glass of milk twice a day will supplement calcium.
