Have ashokarishtam + kumari asav 2+2 tsf twice a day for 3 months. The periods will become regular. Have easy to digest & light meals. Make a laddu of urad dal roasted in til taila & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily.

It may mean pcod, a condition where multiple small small cystic structures are seen in ovaries by ultrasound; this is associated with missed period. Also sometimes, hypothyroidism may lead to missed period. Your weight is good for your height and age, as it indicates bmi of 21.

Green tea contains high amounts of polyphenols, which are antioxidants. Polyphenols are known to have anti-oxidative properties which can help prevent type 2 diabetes.

Epigallocathechin gallete (egcg) is a polyphenol, the most abundant form of catechin in green tea. It is known to be the main attributable factor of beneficial effects of green tea. Through a complex biochemical reaction, egcg in green tea helps sensitize cells so they are better able to metabolize sugar, which is beneficial for both type 1 and 2 diabetes.

Hi sumit. A delay in periods does not necessarily mean she is pregnant. Sometimes even hormonal disturbances can cause a delay. I suggest you do a pregnancy test first and confirm whether she is pregnant or not. Let me know how it goes so I can guide you further. All the best

I have had 8 fainting episodes this year. This is a new problem as I haven't fainted before November of last year. I'm convinced that these are not panic attacks and witnesses to these attacks have noted that I am remarkably calm beforehand. A couple of these attacks happened while I was lying down watching Netflix at home and one happened directly after a light jog in the which my pulse rose to a point that my friend a former combat medic was unable to count it and my Fitbit reported that it was around 210bpm. My friend also noted that my breathing seemed labored and that my skin was ashen. I have had countless ekgs, a stress test, tilt table test, echocardiogram, routine blood and urine analysis, a head MRI, a zio patch (no episodes), and an eeg which all came back normal. I'm really quiet terrified about all this and am wondering what people might think it is? And why they would or would not suspect a cardiac cause for the syncope episodes? What they would recommend as future steps and weather it would be wise to stop investigation. Also of similar note due to a cold I am becoming short of breath easily which accelerates my heart rate to 150bpm resting 180 walking to and from class, is this something to fret about?

Hello Usually, Cyncop causes due to underlying conditions: spondylitis, hypoglycemia, gastric disorder. Cardiac disorder, specially aortic stenosis, hypopressure. In so many condiction I have noticed cyncop in gastric disorder with resemblenice of cardiac disorder with arrhythmia. Respected Dr. Today I had done with transvaginal scan and it is showing "Right ovary measures - 27 * 17 mm Left ovary measures - 35 * 19 mm Left ovary shows a small well defined cyst with fine internal echoes and measuring 16 * 15 mm. POD No free fluid Impression Small clear cyst in the right ovary. Well defined small cyst with fine internal echoes in left ovary -? Hemorrghic cyst/? Endometrioma. This is what the report is. You can have sex any time after pregnancy your choice but be careful you do not get pregnant during lactation as you may not have menses for a few months use a contraceptive of your choice.
