Hello, I am Dr. Navnit Haror, Dermatologist. Today I will talk about hair transplant. As we all know there many men and women are suffering from hair loss. They are looking for various other available options in the market. Most of the options are usually temporary like medicines, PRP, laser light therapy and various other therapies. But the permanent solution is hair transplantation. What is it? It is a technique where we take the grafts from the donor area and we implant it over the required area. There are 2 techniques of hair transplantation. FUT and FUE. FUE is the latest technique available in the market. We will discuss in brief about both the techniques. FUT kya hai? This is a conventional technique. Ye hum pehle use kia karte the. IN FUT, we take out the strip of the skin from the back scalp of the permanent donor area. Uske baad usmein stitches deke use close kar dia jata hai. Jo humein strip nikali hai usmein se ek ek graft ko hum precise instrument ke through segregate karte hain and use implant kar dete hain bald area mein. Ye technique aaj kal kam use hoti hai kyuki tankon ki vajaha se scar aata hai jo visible rehta hai. Ye technique tabhi use hoti hai jab bald area bada hai like grade 6 or 7 bald area hai. Ya toh hum FUT use karenege ya toh hum dono techniques combine karenge. Dusri technique hair FUE. FUE mein hum individual grafts nikalte hain and strip nahi nikalte hain skin ki. Punches ke through ye nikala jata hai. Ek ek graft bald area pe implant kia jata hai. Ismein koi cut nahi hota, koi strip nahi hota, and koi scar nahi ata. Islia ye latest technique hair and non-invasive hai. Ismein downtime 2-3 days hota hai. Iske lia sabse important hai ki aap derma se milein, pura procedure samjhein. Pros and cons dekhein. Hair transplant ke hair permanent hote hain kyuki vo donor area ke us part se nikale jaate hain jo hormone-independent hota hai. Jismein male hormones kam nahi karte. Next day aap apne ghar pe hote hain, hum aap ko spray dete hain. 3rd day aap humare pass ayenge check-up ke lia, hum bandage hatayeige and check karenege ki koi problem toh nahi hai. Us din se aap apna office resume kar sakte hain. Daily activity routine start kar sakte hain. Hum aap ki kuch medicines bhi start karte hain taki hair growth boost up ho jaaye.
