I have some pimples on my face my age is just 21 wat is problem ? Wat is medicine taken for cough and also fever.
The exact cause of acne is unknown. Hormonal changes during the teenage years, as well as during pregnancy, may be contributing factors. In general, there are two types of acne: • Noninflammatory acne, characterized by the presence of whiteheads and blackheads. • Inflammatory acne, characterized by the presence of pimples, which may rupture to form inflammatory lesions that are raised, reddened areas on the skin called "papules. In the majority of cases, individuals exhibit both types of acne. Acne typically occurs in the facial area, chest and back, where the sebaceous glands are the most prominent. Acne can also occur on other areas of the body as well, such as on the neck and upper arms. Causes of Acne There are a variety of factors that may contribute to or worsen acne. These factors can be classified as environmental, physical or emotional. Examples of these factors include: • Oil-based cosmetic use. • Stress and anxiety. • Humidity or exposure to dirt. • Premenstrual changes or hormonal changes. • Physical irritation from occlusive clothing, headbands, hats, helmets, etc. • Use of certain medications, such as phenytoin, isoniazid, phenobarbital, lithium, quinine, rifampin and steroids. Preventing Acne There are various preventative measures that may prevent or reduce acne flare-ups. Examples include: • To prevent the incidence of scarring, never squeeze or pick acne lesions. • Establish a daily skin-care regimen, which includes cleansing the skin with a soft wash cloth, warm water and an appropriate facial soap at least twice a day. • Use only oil-free skin and hair care products. • Avoid scrubbing the skin when cleansing. • Women should use makeup that is oil-free or labeled "non-comedogenic. • Always cleanse skin after sweating. • Wear daily sun protection, since some acne medications may increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight.

Hi. Yes, if you do have family history of baldness, chances of getting bald gets high. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

I am 25 years old I am becoming bald can you suggest me medicine for my hair to grow back ?

I am 25 years old I am becoming bald can you suggest me medicine for my hair to grow back ?
u start hair regrowth treatment through stemcell theraphy it is good for hair growth Pattern hair loss in men is not a result of stress. It is not a result of wearing that baseball cap every day (and while you sleep). It is not a result of having worn your hair in a ponytail during your wild years. It is not a result of a nutrient deficiency, and it is absolutely NOT due to excess sweating, or sebum on your scalp. Male pattern hair loss is called Androgenic Alopecia for a reason. Its the result of Hormones (Androgens) and a Genetic Predisposition. "Andro-Genetic". Simply put, you're losing hair because you are genetically predisposed to. Your follicles have been programmed to become sensitive to the changing hormonal activity in your scalp. Put another way, certain follicles become sensitive to your naturally occurring hormones, and the body begins to slowly reject them What is the significance of this? Only two types of treatments are going to work: Treatments that address the hormonal sensitivity, or treatments that stimulate growth despite it. This sentence is the holy grail of this web site, and it eliminates about 99% of the products you see advertised. • If you want more tips on how to make your hair grow faster, try warm oil scalp massage. It’s a very easy trick, but it works wonders! Just heat up a little bit of oil (my most loved oils for this purpose are: linen oil, olive oil, coconut oil, argan oil and jojoba oil); never boil the oil, just slightly warm it up, so that it’s pleasantly warm and comfortable to touch, then, gently massage your scalp with this treatment or ask your partner to do it for you. If you have a friend or, better, a lover, who will give you this wonderful head massage, this experience will become even more pleasant! Ask them to massage your head, gently going through the roots of your hair in circular motions. This scalp massage can last for about fifteen or twenty minutes; then spread the oil on the length of your hair, wait for about half an hour and shampoo your locks thoroughly; you might even need to shampoo your hair twice. Not only this experience is very relaxing, but also, you will love the result. This treatment works wonders for the hair growth and makes your tresses look very shiny, glossy and healthy, especially, if you do it regularly. Healthy eating o A vitamin-rich diet is probably the best way to get a healthy head of hair because it stimulates the speed of hair growth. Fruit, vegetables and iron-containing foods should be on your shopping list if you want healthy hair. o Purna cosmetic slimming skin hair clinic Gulbarga karnataka for consult hair growth treatment Apply tugain 5% and ketonozole shampoo and tab-health-ok tab-boitin any querries inform me..

Mix chickpeas flour (besan), green gram flour, turmeric powder, rose water, and milk to form a paste. Then scrub your face with this paste for at least two minutes. Use this scrub consistently to get rid of your facial hair, naturally.

Hello. You can use natural remedies. 1. Lemon is good skin lightening agent. Ypu can apply lemon and rose water mixture on skin. Apply this for 15 mins and wash with plain water. 2. Cucumber and tomato are also good for skin lightening. Apply their juice on face for 15-20 mins and wash with plain water. 3. Curd and termeric mixture are also good. Take some curd and add a pinch of haldi. Mix them and apply on face. When it dry, wash face with plain water. 4. Always apply sunscreen after bathing. It protects you from harmful sun rays. 5. Eat healthy diet and fresh fruits and juices. 6. Take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium q. Take 10 drops twice a day in half cup of water. Take it one hr after meal. All these will help you. For any other advice or medicine you can consult me. Good luck.
