Hello, you have to avoid fast food, fried food. Your diet must contain salad at least 1 full dish n need to eat fruit maximum. Take water at least five liter a day will help to detoxify body and loose weight avoid water after meal least 1 hour. Walk least 5 km will help you.

Hello, please send me all investigation reports if available. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs.

I have pain in my legs below knees from the last 7 years and below elbows from the last 1 year. I feel very uncomfortable in the morning during wake up.

Back pain could be due to many reasons. The cause could be even simple as spending long time in sitting position that cause hamstring tightness. In which case you need to stretch your hamstring muscles, keep moving around once in very 20 minutes, and will need a set of back strengthening exercises. To treat your problem the actual cause of your back pain should be assessed and then a programme of exercises should be devised based on your condition and cause of it. Kindly consult in private with a detailed note on the symptoms of your condition.

Most probably it is sprain of ankle jt. Do not walk more. Take rest. Use crrep bandages. Do not move on uneven surfaces. Hot fermentation can be effective. Otherwise take physiotherapy must.

Dear lybrate-user ji, you need to do xray l/s spine ap&lat view, xray pelvis with both hips -true ap. Do hot fomentation. Avoid sitting continuously for longer duration. Avoid lifting heavy weight. If pain is severe, you can take anti inflammatory medicine for 2-3 days. Visit orthopaedician with reports.

Renal stones have multiple reasons. Most common one is low water intake. But ideally that's only a minor cause and is not the real reason behind stone formation. You might be suffering from shin splints. After jogging or running (specially for beginners) the muscles and flesh along the edge of the shin bone become inflamed, so it hurts to walk, run, or jump. Jogging on hard surfaces can bring this on. You are more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Some tips to deal with this condition : 1.Rest your legs, do not jog when in pain. 2. Ice pack application for 10 mins at least 4 times a day. 3. Anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen to be taken round the clock for 3 days. 4. Stretching and warm up to be done before jogging or running. 5. Gradual and step wise increase in physical activity. 6. Avoid running on hard surfaces. 7. Wear good quality running shoes. For further queries please consult again.

Do rest must. Avoid long sitting and toward bending. Heat fermentation twice a day. Sit straight and maintain your posture. Do stretching exercise of spine and legs. 2nd option tk physiotherapy treatment.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
