Dear user. The following are the medical conditions that can cause INSOMNIA : Nasal/sinus allergies. Gastrointestinal problems such as reflux. Endocrine problems such as hyperthyroidism. Arthritis. Are you taking any treatment for hyperthyroidism if yes what is it? because that condition needs to be treated properly or else can cause multiple difficulties. For hyper acidity you take tab r- ppi once a day on empty stomach in the morning. If you thyroid assay details please furnish those.

Hi lybrate-user, it is not usual habbit of rabbits. Deworm it regularly, is teeth coming newly. If so they will have itchy sensation and will reduce gradually. Give whole carrot to eat at once. But monitor its activity. Find out any dog has bitten recently. Check all.

1.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauli flower, spinach, bean, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits like blue berry, banana, pomegranate, dry fruits like walnnut, almonds soybean oil, egg, fish sardines/salmon, darkchocolate, oats, cereals, 2.Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) .3Go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 4.stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 5.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion. Take adequate rest 6. Do yoga, Meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 7. Check for blood testosterone and if it is less, you have to take testosterone supplement. 8.consult sexologist for further advice.

The first home treatment that is highly recommended is ice. Ice will help constrict the blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief. Apply an icepack or a partially melted piece of ice wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes. Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid goes away. You can even use a small pack of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn. Wrap the pack in a tea towel and then apply it on the hemorrhoid. Do this for 20 minutes at a time, three times a day. You should get treated thoroughly for it is a matter of months/years. Get back to me for the same.

it is better if you get a full diabetic profile where apart from fasting and pp sugar levels hba1c%, and other details are also checked. This should help you decide correctly whether diabetes is present.

Your penis size will improve after doing regular sex for sometimes. If you donot have any erection problem then no need for any investigation. Consult if that problem is there.

Dear lybrate-user take paracetamol 500 tab when you are having headache. You can repeat earliest in 4 to 6 hours. Don't take more than 3 tab in a day. You should check your eyesight too. You might need glasses for distant vision. This is the common cause of headache. Have your meals on time. Low blood sugar can also cause headache. If headache persists consult doctor.

When you have to find ways going against nature or against body's habits, you have to put in extra efforts. Find some place to do pranayam and meditation early hrs, may be in roof top, or park, ground and go for day routine as your conditions allow you. Take satvic diet, have enough sleep in the day time. There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 20 to 25 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 100 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 50 ml. Then mix 1 table spoon honey or jaggery in it. Consume this water swallowing (never chew tulsi because it has mercury in it will damage your teeth) the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break. I guarantee you that you will feel better instantly and will get a permanent cure in some days. Besides natural remedies doesn't even have any side effects along with them. Besides keep yourself warm and away from cold/heat. Tulsi has the power to bring down all types of fever, weakness, fatigue. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. There are many things you can do to keep yourself and your sperms healthy. These include: 1.     Avoid cigarettes and illicit drugs, especially anabolic steroids. 2.     Avoid exposure to toxins such as pesticides and heavy metals. 3.     Quit or at least limit your alcohol intake. 4.     Drink 3-4 litres of water per day. 5.     Have a healthy, nutritious diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 6.     Exercise moderately, but regularly. 7.     Get sufficient rest. 8.     Keeping your scrotum cool, because heat slows sperm production; wear boxers instead of briefs, and avoid pants that are tight or restrictive. 9.     Prevent overheating of the testes by avoiding hot baths, Jacuzzis, steam rooms and using a laptop computer directly on your lap for long lengths of time.
