Periods may occur st intervals of 25 days, thus may be in beginning and end of a month. There is nothing wrong in that. Wht matters in the interval between two periods should not be less than 25 days.

It is a highly irresponsible behaviour on your part. You created a situation where your gf had to take ipill twice within one week. Ipill is not an ordinary pill for you to take as you like. Your gf's hormonal system could be damaged permanently for which you would be held responsible.

2 Easy Chiropractic/physiotherapy Chest-Opening Stretches for Athletes

Standing Wall Chest Stretch

Some types of conditioning, such as weight lifting, can lead to tight chest muscles. The tightness you feel after a set of bench presses or push-ups is best countered with a chest-opening stretch using a wall or other sturdy surface.

1.Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your left arm bent at a 90-degree angle. Place the upper part of your left arm against a wall or doorway.

2.Keeping your left arm on the wall, shift your body forward by taking one long step with the right leg. Keep your head up and relax your shoulder, neck, and back muscles.Repeat on opposite side.

Please go to the gynecologist to seek advice .Since you are from Perumbavoor you can to San joe hospital or Rajagiri hospital and get treated. You have to treat the root cause and not the symptoms. She might require further testing.

Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. It is necessary to take thyroxine dosage early morning on empty stomach as the first thing in the morning. Other medications should be taken after a gap of 3 to 4 hours. Otherwise thyroxine absorption may be affected. Thanks.

One gets periods few days after these tabs, if one does not get then first step is to do urine pregnancy test. For future better to learn about all family planning methods and use one of them instead of using emergency pills which are only for emergency.
