Give him hight protein diet like eggs and meat/chicken, alternative soybean and dry fruits Gram etc, give him multivitamin syrup and calcium wit vitamin D

1. Cipon drop 1ml x12 hrly 1/2 hr before meal time 2. Healthok drop 1ml x12 hrly after food 3. Vit d3 drop 1ml x12 hrly after food. All med for two month.
