Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Treatments can help significantly reduce the discomfort and itching that many patients experience Diet - piles can be caused by too much straining when doing bowel movements, which is the result of constipation. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, and the patient may be advised to increase his/her water consumption. Some experts say too much caffeine is not good. Body weight - if the patient is obese, losing weight may help reduce the incidence and severity of hemorrhoids. Simple things you can do yourself to help prevent piles: Try not to strain when you go to the toilet Avoid laxatives Exercis take tab pilex 1tab tds, anovate cream locally inside anus, siltz bath [hot water in a tub, add kmno4 in it, sit 1/2 an hr in tub, it will help.Avoid spicy ,Drink 3- 4 Litre of Water Daily. welcome for further help.

To avoid acidity one need to have food at regular timings at 3-4 hrs interval. Also you should avoid having food items like deep fried, tomato based, non-veg, whole pulses at night. Don't immediately lie down after having food. Maintain atleast one hour gap. Wear comfortable clothing around the waist not too tight. Need your height and weight to know how much underweight you are and then guide accordingly.

Dear lybrate user, The main reason of fatty liver is main our fatty food junk food oil etc. the maincausescare Medication viral hepatitis Inherited disease, fast weight loss Too much bacteria in small intestine etched. There is no specific treatment but you can improve your condition by managing your diabetes, if you have it. You should quit of alcohal or smoke. Eat aback aced diet and healthy duet.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Hey. The simple way to avoid gas problem is to maintain a healthy life style. Try to follow this. Avoid eating outside food and oily or spicy foods. Drink plenty of water at least 2-3 liters of water per day. Have adequate sleep of 7-8 hours per day. Do moderate physical exercise daily as walking, running, jogging, cycling. Do yoga or meditation to keep yourself relaxed and calm. Avoid stress. If you are over weight, try to loose weight as losing weight can help relieve your symptoms. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Hope this helps.) take care.

Hi take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Junk food.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking nonveg, do not sleep in day.

As you mentioned about your problems related to your gastric discomfort, I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. You may use light diets and soups of moong daal and green vegetables and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal soups. You may use following ayurveda medicines. Pippalyadyasav. 15 ml mustarist. 15 ml twice daily with water after meals.

Home Remedies For Acidity

1: Bananas

They are a rich source of potassium and help keep the level of acid production in your stomach in check.
Certain components in the fruit also help increase the production of mucous in your stomach, which helps protect it from the harmful effects of excessive acid production.
Are high in fibre content which helps speed up digestion, preventing the recurrence of acidity. ]
Tip for relief
Eat a ripe banana for some relief. You could also eat an overripe banana to beat an especially bad bout of acidity, as they tend to contain more potassium which makes it the perfect antidote.

2: Tulsi

Tulsi leaves help stimulate your stomach to produce more mucous
Has antiulcer properties and reduces the effect of gastric acids,
Tip for relief
Chewing on five to six tulsi leaves when you suffer from acidity is a great way to beat the discomfort you feel.

3: Cold milk

Milk has a high amount of calcium that helps it prevent acid build up and absorbs the excess acid produced, thereby reducing the symptoms of acidity.
The fact that it is cold also provides instant relief from the burning sensation one feels during acid reflux.
Tip for relief
It is essential that you have the milk cold and without any additives like sugar. You could even mix it with a spoon of ghee to make the remedy even more effective.

4: Saunf or aniseed

Has very potent anti-ulcer properties (due to the volatile oils it contains)
Aids in digestion and relieves constipation.
Helps cool the lining of the stomach, reducing that burning sensation you feel during a bout of acidity.
Tip for relief
While simply chewing on a few saunf seeds can help reduce the symptoms of acidity, as a long term remedy, boil a few seeds in water and leave overnight, drink this water during the day when you feel uneasy.

5: Jeera

It has properties that stimulate the production of saliva which helps in better digestion, improves metabolism and relieves gas and other gastric troubles.
According to Ayurvedic doctors jeera has a calming effect on irritated stomach nerves and helps heal ulcers.
Tip for relief
You can chew a few seeds of jeera to relieve acidity or boil it in water and drink the solution when it has cooled down.

6: Clove
When bitten into your taste buds react cloves pungent taste and secrete excess saliva, which in turn aids digestion and beats the symptoms of acidity.
Has carmitive properties and helps improve peristalisis (the movement of food down the stomach).
Tip for relief
In case you’re suffering from acidity, bite a clove once so that the juice is released and then keep it in the mouth. The slowly released juice will immediately lower acid reflux and give you some relief. Cloves can also help relieve a sore throat,

7: Elaichi:

Known to balances all three doshas – kapha, pitta and vata according to Ayurvedic texts, elaichi is known to stimulate digestion and relieve stomach spasms.
It also soothes the inner lining of the stomach helping it ward off the effects of excess acid produced in the stomach.
Tip for relief
To relieve acidity crush two pods of cardamom (with or without the skin), boil the powder in water and drink the cooled juice for instant relief.

8: Mint leaves or pudina

Pudina helpslower the acid content of the stomach and improves digestion.
Has a cooling effect which helps reduce the pain and burning associated with acid reflux.
Tip for relief
If you feel an attack coming on chop some mint leaves, add them to a pot of boiling water and drink this water after it cools. You could also try mint to calm indigestion

9: Ginger

The root is known to improve digestion and aid in better absorption and assimilation of essential nutrients.
It also protect your stomach against ulcers by promoting mucus secretion and reducing the effect of the acid on your stomach.
For relief from acidity, chew a small piece of ginger. If you find that too pungent, try boiling it in water and drinking the decoction. Another remedy is to crush ginger, mix it with a small piece of jaggery and keeping sucking on it allowing the juice to slowly reach the stomach.

10: Amla

Amla is a kapha and pitta pacifier apart from having high amounts of vitamin C that helps in healing the injured stomach lining and oesophagus.
Tip for relief
Have one teaspoon of amla powder twice a day to help keep acidity at bay.
So the next time you feel like you might suffer from a bout of acidity, ditch that bottle of antacid, and try some effective home remedies instead, after all they’ve been around for centuries.

Dear Doctor, I was having gastro issue earlier and went to the endoscopy it's calm down now! Some times I use to have heartpalpication when am getting vomiting and nervousness, finally consult a cardiologist from mixture hospital Hyderabad. After his consultant he said. Not to worry this is because anxiety, for anxiety is that dangerous and related to Psychology. I was not getting sleep so doctor suggested to have TRIKA 0.5 mg, should I take this every day after food / do I take for long time! Please clear my doubts! Suggested medicine: Trika 0.5 tablet, is this tablet has a side effects! / not? Thank you all,

Trika 0.5 mg is alprazolam, which can be taken for short duration only, maximum 2 weeks. If anxiety requires treatment for long, kindly consult a psychiatrist, who will give better and more appropriate medications. Trika when taken on a longer run cam cause early dementia, shrinking of brain, memory loss, personality changes, withdrawal seizures, irriability and depression. So kindly avoid it, mostly people are made addicted to trika by cardiologist and physician who see the cardiac parameters and sleep and are unaware of the side effects it produces to the mind/ brain.
