If a person is getting frequent infection of the mouth than first thing you should get thyroid testing done, and than you may need to hydrate up your body because any symptoms of throat comes with symptoms of nose also dear the symptoms you are getting are due to dryness of the mouth, this is because of lack of mucus in the mouth which is protective layer of our mouth, and is being produced in the mouth by glands which will be helped by good and healthy blood supply to the glands, blood with good blood cells will take oxygen to the gland and gland works, they require oxygen in ample of amount, so if you do not take iron diet on daily basis than this will lead to less of mucus production and hence lead to dryness and thick mucus problem, this thick mucus leads to irritation in mouth hence leads to itching in the mouth, start taking good iron diet on daily basis, and shakes, avoid salty and spicy food.

You need to give history of diabetes. Dm has clear effect on libido. Though ayurveda is capable enough to bring you out of chaos, but med has to be taken with caution in given dm condition. Some do's n do not's are needed. Diet changes are needed for sex life too. Hypertension history needed, if any. History if anal sex, masterbation in excess, if any needed. This will allow us to reach root cause. For the time being start taking ceylon cinnamon sticks strain to drink and ashwagandha powder to drink with milk twice a day till you revert. Pure tila is needed to be poured on penis and rubbed to absorb to make penis stout. Pl never use any advertised item yourself- it may harm too.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea. Please consult in private for your prescription.

It is possible to catch infection easily during oral sex. As during oral sex some minor ulcers develop on penis and viruses present in saliva transmit easily.

masturbation is nothing but mechanical way of satisfying sexual urge, people in practice think of achieving orgasm right from the beginning and that is why masturbation is all about getting orgasm. So time of masturbation has nothing to do with sexual competency. Please do not be in loop of such people and literature where you are motivated to gain immense sexual powers. This is your growing age, it will be better if you concentrate more on studies, career path, family and friends, improving personality, eating nutritious food and learning new skills, rather than sex, alcohol or drugs. there are so many causes of mouth ulcers like- -Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. -Certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer. -Sometimes a sharp tooth surface also trigger mouth ulcers. -Some cases of complex mouth ulcers are caused by an underlying health condition, such as an impaired immune system; nutritional problems, such as vitamin B-12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency and heat in stomach. . Usually ulcer heals by itself only within 1 week. You can take 'Becosule capsule' once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery. Temporarily you can apply mucopain gel over ulcer for relief..

Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily (if possible). Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

10 Easy Tips For Staying Healthy In Winter

1. Boost immunity

It’s important to take care of our health throughout the year but during the winter months it becomes even more essential. Eating well, getting enough sleep and staying active are all important during winter to help keep you and your family healthy and to support your immune systems. Supplements containing herbs and nutrients such as echinacea, garlic, vitamin c, and zinc will help to support healthy immune function.

 

2. Keep moving

While it’s a little harder to find the motivation to exercise when it is cold outside, remember that keeping active during winter is essential to support our health and wellbeing. Moving your exercise indoors during winter will help to keep you warm as well as fit and healthy. Be sure to spend time warming up before you start your exercise as it can take a little longer for your joints to loosen up in the cold weather.

 

3. Eating well

As winter sets in it can be tempting to start eating more of those warm comfort foods that are often high in fat, salt and sugar. Instead, find comfort in foods such as warming and nourishing soups and stews full of flavour and healthy vegetables. Be sure your diet includes winter fruit and vegetables packed with vitamins and minerals such as sweet potato, green leafy vegetables, beetroot, kiwi fruit, mandarins, bananas, garlic and ginger.

 

4. Weight management

Ditching the exercise as well as the salads during winter can often lead to weight gain. She most probably has fluid behind the ear drum. She can take T. Relent o.D once at night time for a week. Also use Otrivin nose drops followed by steam inhalation twice a day. If the problem persists, see an ENT specialist.
