I am suffering from pimple black marks and spots how to reduce totally with out treatment.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. Take homoeopathic medicine lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. I am a 24 years old male. I am in IT field ,so I sit on chair daily 7-8 hrs. I have Gas problem from more than 1 year that makes me uncomfortable if I sit on chair for little long time. Also if I walk it feels like little shaking, but it is when I eat paneer, chicken or masala foods. Although walking in morning helps and gas release is also very much. What should I do? Despite what many may think, getting a little more active between the sheets isn't a path to more happiness, a new study suggests.

The study from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh included 128 married, heterosexual couples, aged 35 to 65. All were randomly assigned to either double the amount of sex they had each week or to have their usual amount of sex.

Researchers then tracked the couples' happiness over three months using online questionnaires.

According to the researchers, people who had more sex were not happier than those who had their usual amount of sex. Instead, the study found, the couples who had more sex actually had a small decrease in happiness.

Delving deeper, the team found that one reason why simply having more sex did not make couples happier was because it seemed tied to a drop in their desire for, and enjoyment of, sex.

It wasn't that having more sex led to lower desire and enjoyment of sex, however. Rather, it was because they were asked to do it -- rather than initiating sex on their own, the study authors said.

My wife is suffering from piles. She takes medicine regularly but she don" t get relax. Plzz help us. As well as my wife digestion does not very well, she goes to washroom at least 4 times in a day. Hi ,I am 26 years old. I am losing my hair day by day very badly, around my vertex and front side, I have done some treatment from Richfeel organization but found no effect, suddenly I found masturbation is one of the cause of hair fall, and I was doing it for last 12 years very badly, now I am facing some sexual problem of quick ejection etc, and I stopped doing it totally since last 2 months. To reduce fat from thighs and fat, you have to work on your whole body. There is no thing called spot reduction. Start doing some cardiovascular activity everyday like walking, jogging, cycling, stair climbing etc. Do squats, lunges to tone things, crunches for belly. Suryanamskar will help tone whole body.
