Sir I had suffered with epidymio orchitis since jan 2015 and I had do the same thing that doc. Gave me but it not get back to normal.

2 hours of continuous play is hectic. You should train properly and not play 2 hours continuously. Take gaps for some time. Drink adequate water during play. Dehydration causes muscle weakness an injury.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Dear “PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc…. Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items) Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially. Fresh Fruits - Green grapes with seeds (please crush seeds along with grapes while consuming) and Skin of Green Apple. Vegetables - Green Leafy Vegetables.

Yes dear it's true. Those shampoo are highly concentrated. Thus with their excess usage your scalp get dry. Thus nutrition to hair roots slowlying diminishes and thus cells die and hair falls off. This is how hair falls due to EXCESS USAGE OF SHAMPOO.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

My boy have got BP its about 155/100. Doc told to check ECG, blood sugar, cholesterol etc. Every thing is normal except cholesterol . Its 250mg. His age is 28. Because of cholesterol did he got BP? And tell me how to control cholesterol and BP. Thank you.

For controlling bp and cholesterol. Avoid sour food, sweets, fast food, junk food, ghee, oil, heavy food, etc. Take more green leafy vegetables. Take easily digestible food. Drink 3 litre of water per day. Regular 1 hour walking 5 days in a week. Regular exercise / yoga / pranayam. Maintain normal weight (if obese loss weight) manage the stress and anger. Check out renal function test for diagnosis of bp. For more details consult me.

I am having 4-5 blister sort of in the pubic area, skin around the blister is hard, painful and red. No sign of pus of whatsoever. I had a similar blister (just one 2-3 days back), that got OK within a day or two. Is it something to be concerned about. I had faced similar situation earlier but why does it happen again and again. Last time it happened was around 1-2 months.

As per your description, this is furunculosis, or infection of the hair follicle. Please do get your Blood sugar fasting, after food and HbA1C checked to rule out T2 Diabetes. Good hygiene and washing the area with soap and water twice a day would be helpful. You may apply Mupirocin ointment twice a day, after you clean the pubic area.
