Yes, age is one of the factors. With age, moisture content of the skin reduces as the skin is not able to hold enough water content. The best treatment is to use as much lubricant and moisturizer as possible. It will definitely solve your problem. Take care.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I am asking this question regarding my mom's condition. She is having pain in her joints all over the body, the pain is there all the times. We had visited a doctor earlier and after a few x-ray scans, he said she might be having arthritis. But then we had another test (rheumatoid factor) along with other tests at Apollo hospitals (Delhi) where the test came to be negative, and the doctor (a gym doctor) said there were no signs of arthritis. What could be the problem then? Should we visit an orthopaedic? Condition: Pain is not severe but mild and continuous. And even after doing small routine work she starts feeling very tired.

Try some remedies for Joint pain: -Ice packs can be used to soothe hot, swollen joints. -Heat packs help to relax tense, tired muscles. -Splinting of swollen or painful joints may be helpful, a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (OT) may provide temporary splints for you. -Pace yourself :Overdoing things can increase your pain, but so can not doing enough. Your physiotherapist can advise you on increasing your activity level at a rate you can cope with and on finding the right balance between rest and activity. -Take regular graded exercise :Graded exercise starts slowly and increases in small steps. This will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and increase your fitness. Improving your general fitness and stamina will help you to increase your activity level without increasing your pain. -Mobilising, stretching and strengthening :Your physiotherapist will assess your muscle strength and the range of movement in your joints, and advise on techniques and exercises so you can keep your joints working as well as possible. Check Vitamin D and Calcium level Best wishes.

Once please contact in person with any homoeopath physician 2 stop all pain medecine imediatly or contact with me once only for taking case history in detailes it is necessary. Send the blood report for a so titration/ esr/ serm uric acid/ r a factor 3. Cimicifuga 200 one drop 8 hourly in a cup of water.

Firstly and foremost is control of diabetes in normal range. Sexual functions & other things will improve when will when sugar is under control. Do go for one hour of brisk walking in the morning and evening and that will help you to tone yourself and reduce sugars. Relax and follow instructions.

Drink plenty of water. Sleep for 8 hours. Eat plenty of fresh fruit everyday. Start with supplement:- Omega 3, vitamin D 3, WELLSCIENCE ENANHANCE X WITH MILK EVERYDAY. ALSO TAKE ONE CAPSULE OF MULTIVITAMIN. YOU WILL IMPROVE.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one bowl & cold in another bowl. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Hello. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.
