I had c sec 5 months back. I have lost all the pregnancy weight and back to my previous pregnancy weight but belly is still there almost 38 inches in size. How can I get it settled?

After a cesarean section, it might feel impossible to get your body back into pre-baby shape. But take heart, a little dedication and patience goes a long way in getting your body back. While pregnancy itself takes a toll on your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, c-sections cause even more stress to this area. Due to this, extra care and dedication is needed to rebuild and restore the belly. While it may take more work, it is not impossible to lose the post-c-section pooch. To Get Rid of a Belly Pouch From a C-Section: Drink plenty of water--Love to Know recommends at least 75 ounces of water per day for a 150-pound woman. Water is advantageous for c-section patients because it helps to reduce bloating by moving bloat-causing sodium through the body. Water also helps you to feel more full, which can reduce the tendency to overeat. If you had a c-section in the last six months, after your doctor's okay, begin with only one or two abdominal strengthening exercises before slowly building up to more. If it has been more than six months, begin abdominal strengthening at a beginner's level and progress slowly. Ensure you use proper form to help promote your healing and progress. Some women report that their abdomen feels differently afterwards, due to scar tissue and nerve damage. If this is you, it may take longer to find the ability to contract and utilize these areas of your abdomen. Do not do sit-ups, curl ups, or crunches until after your doctor has given you approval.

I have a lump in my left breast since 3years but the mammography doesn't show anything and the report also says that everything is normal. What it can be?

You should get sonography of the breast as well to be more clear about the lump. Mammography may not pick up the lump sometimes. Even if sonography does not pick it up, then it is likely to be fibroadenosis which is mostly related to hormonal changes or edema because of some injury.

I would suggest that you continue feeding her at night and whenever she wants. She would stop feeding on your breast on her own as she grows up. Breastfeeding at night is very reassuring to babies that their mother is closeby and that they have her complete attention.

Classical Homoeopathy and Health

Homoeopathy is a complete science based on the principle 'let likes be treated by likes' so any treatment in homoeopathy takes care of individual as a whole i. E. Treating the individual in disease not the disease per se.
Homoeopathic medicines are highly diluted and potentised that when we use higher potencies the powerful nanoparticles of the medicine are released which have the power to cure most inveterate diseases ever.
Homoeopathic medicine should be selected after thorough case taking and individualisation only so that one minute dose may heal the individual completely but it is seen people self medicate and suffer later from the medicine symptoms itself cause as a general rule they have no side effects but in proper and minimum dose 'a medicine which can cure piles, tumours, ulcers, thyroid, cancer, if taken continuously and inappropriately why cannot lead to such disease symptoms which then become almost impossible to cure'

Effects of Stress on Sex Life!

Stress can take a toll on your health in more ways than one and your sexual health is greatly and adversely impacted by stress. Stress can take a toll on the emotional relationship you share with your partner and also your own physical health, thus resulting in a hampered sex life.

Stress and Our Libido:

By now, we know that hormones affect our bodies in numerous ways from childhood to adolescence, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. Cortisol is one of the hormones produced by stress, and you might have heard of it if you’ve ever seen those late night diet pill commercials with the image of the pixelated woman gaining weight in her abdomen. Our bodies need this hormone, but in small doses for short bursts of time. If elevated levels of Cortisol are being produced for a prolonged period of time, they suppress our sex hormones. Lower quantity of sex hormones equals lower libido.

Impact of Stress on Sex:

  1. Stress takes a toll on libido.
  2. Low levels of libido imply lesser secretion of sex hormones, thus, affecting your sex life.
  3. Stress can interfere with your fertility, ovulation and sperm count.
  4. Stress can cause a shift in the hormones. In women, the change in hormones manifests in the form of an irregular ovulatory cycle.
  5. Loss of intimacy.
  6. Being under stress constantly can lead to anger, emotional outbursts, depression and loss of intimacy with your partner; thus affecting your sexual relations.
  7. Stress also affects your body image negatively, thus leading to unpleasant and bad sex.

How to rejuvenate your sex life?

  1. Communicate your feelings:  Many a times, communicating and sharing your feelings, desires and anxiety with your partner might be all that you need to rejuvenate your sex life.
  2. Regular exercise and proper sleep: 20-30 minutes of body work out or a session of yoga everyday helps you to de-stress. A proper eight-hour sleep cycle will also go a long way in de-stressing you.
  3. Supplements to boost your libido and energy: Taking multivitamins, minerals, zinc and other supplements helps to boost your energy levels and libido, thus allowing you to enjoy your sex life to the fullest.
  4. Set the mood correctly: Set the right mood before your intimate sessions; with some soothing music, aromatic fragrance and dim lights. This can and will enhance your sex life by promoting relaxation, happiness and overall emotional well being. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist and ask a free question.

First you must confirm the pregnancy with a sonography and then you can have choice of medical pills or surgical mtp depending on the report. If indicated, medical pills can help with a success of 90-95%, or if you want then surgical mtp can be done.

Yes negative pregnancy test means that the abortion is complete. Wait for another two weeks your periods should hopefully come. I would strongly advice you to use protection like condoms till then.
