Hello, If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1.Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2.Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These "good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3.Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4.There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4.Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Examples of antioxidants are Beta Carotene (apricots, broccoli, beets, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, and carrots), Vitamins C ( berries, broccoli, nectarines, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower) and E (broccoli, carrots, nuts, papaya, spinach, and sunflower seeds), Zinc (oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, and seafood), and Selenium. 5.Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, and helps your immune system to function more efficiently. In addition to supplements, you can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, chilis, and squash. 6.Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7.Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases.. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8.Stop smoking and Limit alcohol consumption. 9.You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10.Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month.

There are many causes for infertility in male and female patients . On average 10% of the reproductive couples may be infertile. 

For our therapeutic purposes, we concentrate on few very common curable factors which contribute to a large population of childlessness. 

In female infertility important factors are :

Ovulation factors / hormonal factors
Tubal factors – e.g. blocked fallopian tubes / damaged tubes
Recurrent abortive factors - e.g. toxoplasma infection
Nutritional factors
Endometriosis
Infective factors e.g. – genital TB / Mycoplasma infection / Gonococal infection.
Male Infertility Factor and Treatment 

One single factor of semen and sperm quality matters.
Common causes are :

Oligospermia (number below 40 million /ml)
Oligospermaesthenia (poor motility of sperm) 
Blocked vas.
We tried to cover up to formulate for male and female causes. In male, we devised formulation for improving sperm quality by raising number and their mobility. In Oligospermia with or without poor motility was our main concern.

Here Homoeopathy was the best choice because:

It has fastest response. Sperm count rises 5-6 times at least from the first month itself. So it requires short treatment of 2 to 3 months. ONLY.

It improves motility percentage wise as well as grade wise. So number of sperms having motility rises as well as grade of motility improved from I or II grades to III rd or IV th grade. This raises conception rates.
Since this male factor is the largest causative factor for infertility, our medicines helps a large number of infertility patients.
It has no hormonal preparation so no side effects. It helps to raise sperm quality for longer periods, so no rebound phenomena as it appears as in hormonal treatment.
It has no dietary restriction.
It is easy to take and cheap.
Female Infertility Treatment: 

In cases of anatomical damaged tubes, homeopathy cannot help much , so operative procedures are better for it.

Ms. lybrate-user ji. Blood in stools may be due to many reasons but every thing is treatable. Are you passing hard stools or you are straining while passing stools. If yes then please change your eating habits take full three meals with plenty of vegetables fruits and water and add stool softener in your daily routine. I hope you will improve if not then consult some surgeon.

If his knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called Coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain.

Hlo doctor now my body fat percentage is above 30%. I want to reduce it to below 10%. So that I am planning to cut all the carbs and want to replace with protein food (including whey protein) along with some workouts. I am going to avoid salt also. Can I do these things. Average person's body fat% ranges from 14-20%. You need to have balanced diet 50% Carbs, 25% Proteins and 25% Fats. If you drastically cut down carbs, you will lose essential nutrients. Such crash diets eventually will crash and you will be back to your original weight after a few weeks and months. I have seen many people try such exotic diets but it never works in long run. Core issue is poor eating habits and lack of exercise. Unless you change this, things will not work out. Aim for health and fitness. That's the only way to a permanent change.
