Heart attack is not diagnosed on basis of symptoms only. Get ecg and halter tests done and echo test to know %age of heart functions. Regarding high cholesterol levels, I will suggest simple and easy way to bring down. Take fresh lemon. Take a spoon of honey added to water and take it on empty stomach every morning. Besides reducing fats, it reduces blood sugar levels also. Reduce bad fats like street food, pizzas and burger, namkeem and other road side fried foods. Use less fats but a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Good fats in blood tend to reduce bad fats responsible for heart attack. Get back with reports and tell us about your symptoms, when you were diagnosed with heart attack.

These are the methods to treat black heads - .• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores .Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily.• Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company ,meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. You must visit a counselor and I am certain you may be asked to see a doctor too, for these conditions are rather indicative. Being in late adolescence will also be the time for final resolutions to childhood issues and is a good time to get proper help from a professional and resolve this problem. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

It appears that you are overweight. Take steps by doing regular exercises, gong for a brisk walk. Pl ask somebody to massage your spinal column from neck down upto sacral bone using both hands ie both thumbs on one side other fingers on other side do only from neck and not from sacral to the neck. Yo can also use a wodden roller purchased from a accupressure items shop. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.

Sleeping in lap will not cause any effect and it is the baby's nature and there is no definite rule how much he will sleep. It varies in babies to tell the weight you have to tell birth weight. Usually double of birth weight now.

I dont know the reasons, whether, it may be due to change of water, weather, r bcoz of stress, where you do work, or due to studies. Etc, but, in general taking sufficient nutritious diet, avoiding junk food, taking fresh fruits, juices, raw veg, sprouts, dry nuts will certainly help you from getting relief from hair fall. If its due to dandruff, use shampoo. Very milder. Reduce applying oil. But can apply oil for 1 hr before the head wash, taking headbath weely 2-3 times, good. Use soft waer for head bath. Try touse hair oil. Which contains, homeopathially arnica, weisbadan, jaborandi, brahmi, acid phos, lyco, etc. N shampoo also with same contents. Take weisbadan 200 daily twice[6-8 pills].

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
