Previously I was very fatty around 90 kgs. Than I went on dieting and reduced 30 kgs in 2 years. Now still I DNT eat much but my lifestyle is sedentary as I am a housewife just the household chores. I have again put on weight and came back to 83 kgs. I am also a heart patient i.e. I have went through ASD closure 7-8 years ago.
