Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *take phosphorus 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. *apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) *drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

For a healthy and long lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take 3 cup green tea daily. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take fibre rich food in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hi lybrate-user, I would also recommend you for glowing skin use a apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin color and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water. Citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. And also watch your diet, are you taking all the nutrients. If you wants to know more or any medical treatment for that, then contact me again.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk, , 10 – 12 glass of water per day

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!!

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

I daily go to be bed around 8.30 PM and wake up at 4.50 AM. Most of the time I get up around 3.00 AM and then I am unable to get back to sleep but I still manage to get some sleep but it is a very disturbed sleep. In addition, I get dreams every day unconnected to my daily events. I do daily exercise at least for 40 mts and also do yoga for 20 mts everyday. I am a vegetarian, no smoking and no alcohol. My age is 60 and under no medication.

Mr kalpesh, if you are using correct technique while injecting then it is highly unlikely for blood to come. Giving injections subcutaneously is not causing any bleeding. So please check the way you inject. Even if it does bleed the drug will get absorbed. There is no loss of insulin.

Dear lybrate-user, please think of alternative ways of spending time with your family. Write them down in a diary. Keep getting those thoughts of alternatives forcibly in your mind. Record how less depressed you feel as a percentage. Examples of alternatives can be 1. Meeting every day on skype or telephone. 2. Visiting home town on week ends. 3. Making arrangements for family to be at chennai for few days. 4. Fixing the time frame to get the family to chennai. You can write few more alternatives by yourself or by asking your wife. Wisdom Teeth - When To Get Them Removed

The last molar teeth in the mouth are called as wisdom teeth. While in some people they erupt completely into the mouth and function with no problem whatsoever, in others, they remain embedded in the bone, erupt incompletely, erupt at an angle, or are covered by bone or a flap of tissue. They are absent in many.
Of late, dentists recommend removal of wisdom teeth, more a preventative than remedial measure. Some of the reasons for wisdom tooth removal are listed below-
Impaction: Often, wisdom teeth do not have enough space to erupt in their normal position. This can only be evaluated properly on an x-ray. If the x-ray shows that the tooth is unlikely to erupt because of being blocked by a root or bone, this needs to be removed.
Pericoronitis: The tooth partially erupts into the mouth but is covered by a flap of gum. This attracts food and bacteria to accumulate, leading to decay and infection, a condition called as pericoronitis. Very common in the lower wisdom teeth, it leads to severe tooth pain, painful swallowing and swelling of the lymph nodes. This is the most common cause for wisdom teeth to be removed. An x-ray will reveal the tooth to be infected and sometimes periapical abscess may also be present.
Cysts: Impacted teeth can develop fluid-filled cysts which can cause severe and even permanent damage to the jaw bone, adjacent teeth and nerves. Dentigerous cysts are the most common type.
Alignment: Misaligned wisdom teeth exert a constant mild pressure on the adjacent teeth which can hamper the alignment and reverse the effects produced by braces. The bite may be altered also, thereby necessitating removal.
Adjacent Tooth Damage: If the malposed wisdom tooth is causing pocket formation or decay in the adjacent teeth, it is time to get them removed.
Recurrent Sinus Infections: With their proximity to sinuses, there could be constant pain and pressure and infection of the sinuses. This is another indication for their removal.
However, not all wisdom teeth need to be removed. If they have erupted fully, are healthy, produce a good bite, and can be cleaned easily, they do not require removal.
During the teenage years and through 20s, check with your dentist on the health of the wisdom teeth. X-rays can be taken to monitor them and for early identification of problems. If they need to be removed, it is easier to take them out when you're young. The bone surrounding the impacted tooth is less dense, and therefore easier. The ability of the body in general and the jaw bones in particular to heal is also better at a younger age.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep…. C) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals. D) take 2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions.
