For gaining weight and muscle mass, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise. For acidity you can have chamomile tea after meals, and it is best to avoid spicy and fried food.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Avoid stress and anxiety.

Dear Lybrate User, *Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals *Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option .

See blackness below eyes is due to some internal deficiencies .so only external application of cream would not help much. You also need to take some daily life managements in schedule and diet. Which are the main reason for this problem. If you want permanent treatment consult online.

I walk and run daily in the morning but I could not run a longer distance yet. Mostly I can run 400 to 500 metres. So how can I improve Mr. running distance?

Hi lybrate-user, running is a very good exercise. It can take several weeks to make changes to your running style but it's worth it – they can make a world of difference to your speed, efficiency and injury risk. First, focus on running tall – imagine a thread pulling the top of your head upwards – and don't sink into your hips. Putting in short bursts of speed activates the fast-twitch muscle fibres that are needed for quicker running. But speed work doesn't need to be painful or run you into the ground. Instead, go for your usual run at a nice, easy pace. Stop, get your breath back, then run fast (about 90% effort) for a stretch of 80-100m, then walk/jog back to recover. Focus on good technique (see above) and stay in control. Repeat 3-5 times. When you're trying to build endurance, one of your runs each week should be a longer run, but it should be run at a pace where you could hold a full conversation. This will enable you to increase your distance by about 10% each week without fatigue. The second important strategy is tempo (or threshold) running. Tempo pace is running slightly out of your comfort zone for sections of your run. So in a 30-minute run, you could incorporate three sections of five minutes at tempo pace – at about 80-85% effort – then recover at normal pace. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
