Dear lybrate user. I can understand. So many male across the world masturbate. Masturbation is natural, normal and never unhealthy. Masturbation can never be a reason for direct physical or sexual disorders. But if it is in excess (more than three or four times a week) it could cause tiredness and related mental stress and anxiety. This anxiety and stress could lead to obsession and anxiety related sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation etc. I think your problem is psychological. There is no need to take ashwagandha. I suggest online counseling and sex education. Take care.

Exercise should be combined with a good diet if you wish to improve your body Eat food rich in proteins - soya, milk, curd, cottage cheese (panneer) sprouts and pulses are great sources of proteins. Include them in your daily diet. Almonds/dates are very useful too

I am suffering from dengue from past 15 days how can I cure it and what measures should I take.

Thank you user for your query. All I can suggest you is to never take non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs to reduce your fever. Always take crocin to reduce your fever. Get your blood platelets done twice daily, look for small bleeding over your skin surface (gum bleedings, reddish coloured urine etc). You can also start taking papaya as that has also proved its efficacy in dengue. Consult a physician naerby.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. Dear lybrate-user tyhphoid is communicable disease and if you don't use proper antibiotics until the tests show normal range there is probability if repetition, try to take boiled water only and freshly cooked food, take plenty of buttermilk. Everywhere I read that lack of sleep or sleeping at wrong times promotes health issues. Everyday I sleep at 5-6 am in the morning and wake up at 11-12 am as I am having a huge exam next year and I study at night for that. I nearly take 6-7 hrs sleep but timing is unusual. Please tell me whether it is going to affect my body or is this the reason of my depression? What else problem will I face because of sleeping time disorder?

Dear user. I can understand. As long as you don't experience any physical or mental problems or disorders, your sleep schedule is OK. But you say here that you feel depression. That could be the indication that your body has not adjusted to the present study and sleep pattern. So you need to alter it.
