You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Calc phos 200x +Nat mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Please start sleeping on a hard plinth/bed with a matress over it. Concentrate on spinal mobility and strengthing exercises of back muscles. Apply pirox gel locally.

It's lumbar spondolysis lybrate-user you can learn it as early degeneration of the spine. Most common cause is due to it faulty posture. Improve your posture sir with straight back use lumbar supports. And avoid doing any activity whether in sitting or standing for a long duration give rest to your spine in between. What is the cure for carpel tunnel syndrome and tendon release pain on the hand and wrist respectively.

We have carpal tunnel in our wrist joint through which median nerve is passed. Whenever there is pressure on median nerve that is passing through this tunnel, it started paining. Due to which you may feel pain (over thumb index and middle finger), numbness, burning sensation, swelling, weaknes, unable to work or do task etc. These are the common complain we have seen in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. There are n number of causes - nerve compression, hormonal disorder commonly in post menapausal females, injury to the hand etc being a physio I would like to recommend you to take proper treatment as we have several modalities which will cure you from this pain like ultrasonic therapy, tens etc. Along with it we have some joint mobilisation techniques, soft tissue manipulation, neural stretch etc to completely cure the pain. However at home I would advice you to take some precautions and treatment to give you some relief: 1. Avoid flexion, extenstion of wrist joint frequently. 2. Hand should be straight while sleeping, use night splint if required. 3. While working make sure your hand and wrist posture should be correct. 4. Avoid any repetative movements like in washing clothes, prolonged writing etc if required take breaks in between. 5. Perform regular exercises to prevent further injury. 6. Take precautions from winter as in winter our hands become cold which may exaggerate your pain. 7. Use soft stuffs while doing tasks like use soft foam while washing utensils, use soft ball pen while prolong writing, while opening cuboard do not put high pressure do it gently and softly while holding the keys etc. There are many other precautions that need to be taken care as per your need. Home remedies: 1. Use of hot and cold pack alternatively. Apply with the ration of 3: 2 which means 3 min ice then 2 min heat. Ice has very good results in relieving pain than heat so combination of both gives you complete relax. As ice reduces pain and heat stimulates blood flow around the affected area. Twice or thrice a day. 2. Once done with hot cold packs relax your wrist for 3-4 seconds. If sever pain is there then avoid doing any exercise. Once pain reduces or minimal you can go for flexibilty exercises of wrist joint. A) rotate your wrist up down side to side in all direction slowly. B) stretch your finger of affected hand using your another hand. Keep a stretch hold for 5 sec and then relax. Perform 15 times. C) stretch your thumb using your unaffected hand. D) a soft smiley rubber ball can also be used. Squeeze it and then release. E) to strengthen you can use some weight in your hand and perform wrist moments up down or side ways. This should be done when there is no pain or very minimal pain at later stage. The above treatment will give pain relief and discomfort. If possible please contact any physio who will study your daily routine, symptoms, degree of pain etc and accordingly will give you the best treatment plan. Along with it give you our pain relieving modalities. Good luck and get well soon.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Pl consult after 5 days.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Do take ust and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

You may be having disc prolapse L5/S1. I need to look your MRI Spine lumbo sacral region and the investigation like TLC, DLC, CRP, to know if the disc is protruded, extruded with or without foraminal compression. Maybe the slip disc is compressing your nerve resulting numbness. Medicine may be of some help. Non operative treatment include TFSI, Disc Fix and Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar discectomy (PLED) are now available. PLED is one the latest alternative to surgery which is performed percutaneous through a small hole in skin less than 1/2 inch, no blood loss, using local anaesthesia and you will be ambulatory on next day ,need hospitalization for max. 3 days.
