I have pain in my leg regularly. What should I do.
Please do the following. Identify the midpoint between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Inform after 10 days.

Suffering from constipation .... You can take 2 tab. Charcoal at night. syp. Everyone needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily, but some can do with lesser. As long as your child is comfortable and not irritable when he is awake it is fine.

Hi, see at this point of time braces will correct your tooth positions if they are up and forward or back or not properly aligned. All types of tooth position can be corrected with braces till 40 years of age also. For your jaw problem at this age we have option of orthognathic surgery if your jaw problem is quite severe otherwise if your jaw problem is only minor than braces can cure that also as we have some camoflauge treatments avilable in orthodontics.

Hello. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. This is necessary for the growth and repair of hair, take follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months. You can also try increasing the amount of folic acid in your diet. Folic acid can be found in whole-grain breads and cereals, leafy green vegetables, peas, and nuts. Increase your biotin intake. Biotin is an important water-soluble b vitamin, necessary for the the formation of fatty acids and glucose, as well as for metabolizing amino acids and carbohydrates. Biotin is found in liver, oysters, cauliflower, beans, fish, carrots, bananas, soy flour, egg yolks, cereals, yeast, and other foods. Management: -exfoliate your face. Hair follicles can become blocked with dirt and prevent your hair from growing. Once a week, wear an exfoliant mask with eucalyptus. It's great for your skin, and can help promote hair growth. -massage your hair follicles. A gentle massage can help stimulate your hair follicles. Use your finger tips, and gently massage your face in circular motions for about two to three minutes. Try applying a facial moisturizer to create a smoother massage. -take in vitamin a. This vitamin stimulates the production of sebum, which keeps your hair follicles and skin hydrated. You can find vitamin a in eggs, meat, cheese, liver, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. -get plenty of vitamin e, which has long been recognized as key for healthy skin, and can increase blood flow, which leads to an optimal environment for hair growth. Foods rich in vitamin e include oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, and beans, and most people get plenty of vitamin e when eating a normal diet. -boost circulation with vitamin b3. Healthy circulation may have a positive effect on hair growth. Reports find that b3 is even more effective when taken with biotin. -take in vitamin b5. This is also known as pantothenic acid. It not only helps the body use fats and proteins, necessary for healthy hair, it also has been reported to help reduce stress; and stress can definitely inhibit hair growth. Vitamin b5 occurs naturally in brewer's yeast, broccoli, avocado, egg yolks, organ meats, duck, milk, lobster, whole-grain breads, and more.

Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines. They specifically require filling agents. Also, darkness develops when you rub your eyes, so avoid doing so. Catch at least six hours of sleep everyday. Correct any visual errors with the help of an ophthalmologist. Eat iron rich food. Avoid eye chemicals and hair dyes. Too much time reading, watching television or with the computer can enhance darkness.

At 15 you must be having anxiety of schools friends etc. you know better,everyone has growing up issues,some laugh it off ,others get worried over tiny little things. DO Not take Sleeping Pills. Take warm milk with honey/ curd with banana at bedtime. Do Not Watch Silly Serials, Read some good books or listen to soothing music. Sleep at a place where there is no disturbance like a mobile phone or gossipy aunties.

Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2.
