Nasal bones never change shape due to spects wearing first of all, and the pain which you are getting is due to nasal bone malposition and this is basically neuralgias which is troubling you this pain can only be corrrected by taking nerve nutrients and avoiding the nerve irritation for which you can apply contact lenses

Hello, Premature ejaculation occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Men with premature ejaculation often report emotional and relationship distress. Medication: You don’t need to take male enhancement pills with never-before heard ingredients. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Yes there is a surgery if your vagina is actually tight. But if it is a psychological issue then other options are available. You need to consult a gynaecologist for check up. You can show me if you are in Kolkata.

Do you also have blood in stools? drink plenty of liquids, such as a sports drink or water, to prevent dehydration. If you have trouble tolerating liquids, take them in frequent sips. Make sure that you're urinating normally and that your urine is light and clear not dark. Avoid milk and dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and fatty or highly seasoned foods for this problem.

Dear lybrate user this bleeding may be due to fissures which would have caused due to hard stool or it may be piles, apply pure coconut oil or vaseline locally, can take sitz bath in which you have to sit over a tub filled with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt added but for permanent cure a constitutional treatment is required also avoid junk food eat homemade food rich in vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water and exercise daily.

Diabetes - How Proper Nutrition Can Help You Combat It?

There are many myths about diabetes, especially related to what you can eat and what you can’t. Lots of people think that diabetics shouldn’t eat sweets at all. This is not true. Similarly, all carbs and fats are not bad. A high protein diet is also not required and there are no special diabetic meals. So, what should you as a diabetic, eat to combat diabetes? Read on to find out:

  1. Low glycemic index foods: Complex carbs are best for you as they limit the amount of sugar released into your blood stream and are digested more slowly and prevent your body from releasing too much insulin. These are also called low GI foods as well as slow-release carbs and are also high in fibre. Processed carbs like white bread, pasta, and rice, as well as sodas, packaged meals, and snacks must be junked. These are all called high glycemic index (GI) foods and spike your blood sugar.
  2. Manage sugar wisely: Diabetes doesn’t mean that you can’t eat sugar or desserts. It means you have to be smart with sugar, like
    • Take smaller servings of your favourite desserts as they are best eaten in moderation.
    • Reduce the sugar in your diet slowly rather than at once. This will give your taste buds some time to adjust, reducing sugar cravings.
    • If you want to eat dessert, hold back on carbs in a meal. Balance out meals so that you don’t eat too many carb-heavy foods.
    • Add some healthy fat to your diet, as it slows down the digestive process, which means that your blood sugar levels don’t spike as quickly.
  3. Eat sweets along with a meal and not alone: Sweets eaten alone can spike your blood sugar levels a lot.
  4. Don’t drink alcohol: Alcohol is full of calories and carbs and cocktails are loaded with sugar. Alcohol can interfere with diabetes medication and insulin, as well.
  5. Avoid junk, soft drinks, soda and juices: They are all packed with sugar.
  6. Avoid processed or packaged foods: These are loaded with hidden sugars. Eat food cooked at home.
  7. Remember high protein diets are not always good: Studies have shown that if you eat too much protein, especially animal protein, you may become insulin resistant. A healthy diet for diabetics includes protein, carbohydrates, and fats for the body to function properly.
  8. Eat more of these
    • Healthy fats found in raw nuts, olive oil, fish oils, and flax seeds.
    • Also eat more fruits and vegetables. Avoid juices.
    • Eat more high fibre cereals.
  9. And avoid foods like
    • Trans fats which means all deep-fried foods
    • Fast foods, especially cakes, pastries, and chips
    • Red meat

Remember, your overall eating patterns are very important. It’s also important to eat at regular intervals and avoid missing meals. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

DEAR lybrate-user. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things . 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods. 4) avoid coffee and tea5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm …6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 1 TSF of CELERY FRUIT along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA along with 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 2 tablets of MAHALAXMIVILAS RASA along with AUDUMBARAVLEHA at night before sleep. D) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

Carbs or carbohydrates are present in most foods. They provide energy and ensure that the body functions normally. But refined carbs or the ones that have been processed are very harmful. Apart from adding too many calories, they also increase the risk of developing diabetes and other medical conditions.
