I have so many of black spots on my face and my face is always oily. How can I protect my face from scars, Black spots and pimples?

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM (BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company), every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1. Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2. Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3. Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4. Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5. Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time.

This red colored mark/lining will disappear withing fe minutes and will again developed in other spot, with changing spots frequently in different spot of the body with itching. I shown to many skin experts, medicines get me somehow relief, but not permanent relief. Recently I change the doctor, he suggested me "hydil 10" tabs and one lotion (dr. Homoeopathic medicine NATRUM MUR 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tabs 3 time daily ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

6 Foods That are Better Than Botox for Your Skin!

6 Foods That are Better Than Botox for Your Skin!

What you eat has a direct effect on your skin; eat healthy and your skin looks healthy, eat unhealthy food and your skin looks dull. Eating right can even fight signs of aging thus, negating the need for procedures like Botox. Not only does it cost less, but healthy food boosts your overall health as well.

Here are 6 such foods that can help you fight signs of aging and give you a flawless complexion.

  1. Turmeric: Turmeric is well known for its yellow colour and anti-inflammatory properties. Many home remedies suggest the use of turmeric for a number of health ailments including skin conditions. Turmeric can fight signs of aging by reducing inflammation and oxidation. This, in turn, helps the skin heal faster. This spice can be added to your food or mixed with warm milk to benefit from it.

  2. Tomatoes: Tomatoes are rich sources of vitamin C and lycopene. Vitamin C helps stimulate the production of collagen and hence keeps the skin firm while lycopene protects the skin against harmful UV radiation. As a general rule of thumb, the deeper red the tomato is, the better it is.

  3. Berries: Berries such as blueberries and raspberries are excellent sources of Vitamin E and antioxidants that fight against the effects of pollution and rids the body of free radicals and other toxins that cause premature aging. These berries also have anthocyanins that boost the effects of vitamin C

  4. Honey: Honey can be eaten or applied topically on the skin to benefit from it. Honey helps keep the body hydrated by absorbing moisture and preventing the skin from drying out. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent acne and other breakouts. Ideally, honey should be used and consumed in its raw, unprocessed form.

  5. Nuts: Nuts are a great snack that keeps your skin looking young and fresh. Almonds are excellent sources of vitamin E that help fight acne, psoriasis and eczema among other skin ailments. Walnuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that keep the skin soft and supple. Brazil nuts are also rich sources of vitamin E. However, keep in mind the high calorific value of these nuts and do not overindulge in them.

  6. Avocados: Avocados are filled with essential fatty acids that moisturize and nourish skin. They are also rich in Vitamin B, C and E. While vitamin C boosts collagen production, vitamin E maintains the elasticity of skin and prevents sagging. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.
