My son is 24 years healthy. He has, over the years, developed uneven teeth. The 2 front teeth are slanting and is grown one almost over the other. Roots/base are proper but overlapping at the rest. How do we correct this at an inexpensive way?

Hello, you may get removable orthodontic appliance for your son from orthodontist this is comparatively inexpensive but may not give 100% result. Its better to get fixed orthodontic t/t done, its comparatively expensive but will give the desired result. One more important thing the age factor, kindly get the t/t done as soon as posiible. hi saikrishna u can use panner,eggs.chiken and green veg. and fruits and lipolizer tummy tablet 2 time after lunch and dinner and avoid to high carb food rice, chappti,and potato.

Hi Vaibhav Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. u can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

to decrease weight you have to consume fewer calories than your requirements.Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first.e.g. if you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. I had done minor surgery of pinodile sinus around 4 years back, during that time I had very bad back pain and after the operation it has reduced completely. As you also know no one can change the lip colour we are born with, only by home-remedies we can only change the tone or lighten the shade. So, follow the below points: - Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. - Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. - Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. - Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk (which is very effective. Management: Keep yourself hydrated, have 12-15 glasses of water. Always use good quality of either lipstick or lip balm with Vit. A, E and sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in sun. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Avoid anger/ anxiety. Avoid junk food. Take 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of toughing, licking/ picking the lips. Don't smoke, eat gutka, etc.

For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

It, might be due to gastric disorder, too, as it produces symptoms resembling to heart attack, a differential diagnosis be ascertained after thorough investigation by a cardiologist. Of course, chest pain should never be ignored one should be aquinted with the symptoms of heart attack, under noted. @ tightness & pain in chest, neck, back, jaws, arms-left sided @ fatigue @ shortness of breathing in rest or while working. @ light headedness. @ abnormal heart beat. @ anxiety. @ nausea, vomiting. @ cold sweat. @ dizziness. Gradual weight gain is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. You need a balanced diet more. You need the right amount of protein, carbs and fats. Help yourself to nuts and dairy products. Protein is the key for gain weight. The protein rich foods are milk, dried fruit, broccoli (and other green veg), sweet potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, nuts, egg.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
